My eye brows came out to dark and way to thick. I'm not a fan of thick eyebrows at all. She over lined them too much and now I have to deal with these dark nasty eyes brows on my face. I'm a model so my face is important. Not going back again. I was bugged about booking an appointment to mico shade when I didn't ask for that information. Rahdi was amazing and calmed my nerves when I got my first eye brow tint! She was very attentive and the location is very clean.

After saying three times I would like a full face threading, the stylist took into her own hands to just go ahead and put wax on my eyebrow without asking me beforehand. My skin has insanely bad reactions to wax, therefore I opt for threading. After she finished my brows, I could tell she was newer and this wasn't necessarily her fault, but the fault of management who trained her. (Some people take medication where wax will burn and make their skin completely peel off) and this is why it is important to never use wax without consent! read more

I asked very nicely several times for them to only clean my brows and be mindful of the thickness; I do not like shaping. My requests were disregarded and now I am very uncomfortable with my extremely thin brows. I would hate for someone else to have to go through this. read more

Extremely friendly staff. Work quality is also pretty good. Decently clean environment. However, they do not honor those that make an appointment. I made an 11am appointment online a week before for something that usually takes 15 minutes. I came at 10:55am and there was another person before me waiting. She looked like a walk-in. They asked what I needed and I was clear I had an appointment at 11 for a service and I waited. They were done with the person ahead of me at 11:12-ish and thought they would take the person that made an appointment first, but they didn't. At 11:15am I had to leave because I had other appointments and a full weekend schedule. It seems like this place really doesn't care or prioritize appointments. I think it's more first come first serve. If you have all day, I would definitely recommend you try, but if you're on a tight schedule I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Went in for a brizilian this weekend. I had previously had service by the owner at her other location and figured I would go back. This time I had someone else do it. While she did a good job, she also burned me with the wax in the process. I did not think nothing of it at the time since she just asked if it was too hot and kept going but felt a slight discomfort later and noticed you could visibly see where she burned me. I decided to contact the owner to make her aware and received no response. Therefore, I don't think I would visit this location again. I never expected a refund but at least an apology, which I never received. Says a lot about customer service. read more

I have been coming to Sahar for way over a year now. She came highly recommended by someone else at the suites in which she has her salon. The first time, I did not have an appointment but she happily fit me in. Over the year I have had many different services done, anywhere from a Brazilian to a facial and she has rocked them all! Sahar is one of the nicest, most genuine people that I have ever met. You can tell she loves what she does, she takes pride in her place, her skills and the cleanliness of her salon. She immediately puts you at ease (which is great because it's never comfortable to have a stranger staring down my nether regions in the necessary before state for a Brazilian) and has never made me feel uncomfortable. Also, I was in disbelief the first time I went in and saw the service menu and prices. As an example, $5.00 for eyebrow threading. I don't know where you get the same quality of work for the price. Please, if you get a chance come see her, and see what services she can provide for you. Even with thread she can perform miracles, trust me. Oh, and before I forget bring cash.
