Came for my semi-regular lip wax and was helped by Anju. She suggested I try lip threading. I never tried threading for hair removal so I decided to try it out. It was a weird sensation at first but Anju was precise and quick. She asked if I wanted to have my eyebrows done as well. I explained my eyebrows were a bit uneven (my own doing since pandemic times) but Anju said she would be able to clean them up and still allow my brows to grow out. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and smooth my skin was after each service. I was a new customer. The woman who waxed my eyebrows burned me and now I have a red mark on my eye lid that isn't going away after 4 hours. She was also kind of rude and pressing me to get threading when I already told her I didn't like it. At the end, she seemed mad that I didn't tip her but the service was $17 and she burned my eye so i don't know if she deserved it. They don't know how to wax here. They just put hot wax on your body and call it a day. Won't be returning. read more

Don't expect to be serviced here on Wednesday afternoons. Twice, I've been turned away for walk in and wasn't given a better time to come back. The person here on Wednesday hasn't respected my time, or me, at all although I've been a regular client. Quite rude! I didn't want to say this. But the lady with glasses is kind and does a good job with brows. I will only come here when she is working. I'm not aware of her regular schedule but she was there on a Tuesday afternoon last time. The person on Wednesdays doesn't have a professional attitude for whatever reason and has made me feel very unwelcome/uncomfortable/uneasy every time. She may prefer styling hair to eyebrow threading and has even hinted she should be the one to do my hair. I almost laughed! I hardly trust her with my brows and I don't feel safe with her. There's no way she's touching my hair. I chose to be serviced on Wednesdays because it is convenient timing for me during the week and the person working has done a decent job. However, I'm a customer. I'm not trying to be friends. I feel the need to clarify this whenever I see the Wed person (which I don't because I'm nice and just trying to get my brows done asap) and it's unpleasant. In fact, to make it worse, I think Wed woman has talked about me to her clients with hair appointments on days she turned me away, only for me to call in for a better time. I honestly do not understand what all the fuss is about. I literally come in once a month, and it just happened to be on Wednesdays (typically), for my brows to look presentable. It's not my fault there's one person working there! Maybe get another person and actually accommodate walk ins? Or make it appointment only! Make up your minds! I came here and some lady was very nice. I told her that every person who touches my eyebrows always messes up. She was very friendly and cleaned them up for me. She also put a gel for them to look fluffy. The gel was only $8. The eyebrow gel was more of a light hold. I recommend this place but make sure you tell them what you want. read more

Do not go here! They PULLED my skin off while waxing. I came here because I was already at the mall on a Saturday. I wanted to get my underarms waxed and all the nearby waxing salons (European Wax Center, Pretty Kitty, The Sugared Bell) were closing in about 30 minutes and I needed hair free underarms for that night. I was glad to see this place still open and I was already at the mall. Convenient right? I really should have just waited to go to a waxing salon I trusted. I was left with RED RAW skin. My skin was sensitive and irritated after the wax but figured it would go away. It didn't. When I looked later I saw peeling skin around the redness. I went back to the salon the next day and the lady had the audacity to tell me it was a reaction. My skin is RAW and was peeling!! How was that a reaction?! I have been waxing and sugaring for YEARS. Never has this happened to me. She also didn't do much to prep my skin except swipe my underarms with a dry napkin. It also costed MORE than what I pay at one of the local waxing salons. I saw another comment of someone else this happened to at this salon. I asked for a refund and she told me she could only give me 10% off my next visit. My next visit?? I am not coming here again. What made her think I'm coming again and offered me only 10% off? I want a refund. Please save your money and your skin and do not come here. read more

The nice lady in the front forgive me I don't know how to spell her name but it started with an A. I think it was Anju. the worst experience and i didn't even get my brows done. i check in at 11:30 to do a simple wax. seen it in the mall thought it would be quick. only two girls waiting in line said it would be a 15 min wait perfect no promblem. by 12:10 still nothing sitting there watching other girls who are getting threaded go in and out. i finally ended up leaving cause that wait was ridiculous lady didn't say anything else to me. 12:39 i finallly get a text saying there ready for me. that's a whole hour i left no communication nothing. i won't ever go back. n plus the price is expensive. read more
