I came here Saturday 09/21/24 around 3:10 ish... I didn't get the lady's name, but I sat down on chair #1. I told her I wanted a clean up and somehow she ended up over threading the inside of my left eyebrow. It's so uneven and short now. I knew I shouldn't have gave this place a try. Usually they give you a small little mirror while you're still sitting in the chair to see your eyebrows and she didn't . She just told me "okay" and that was my queue that she was done and she wanted me to get out of her chair. I didn't have a chance to look at my eyebrows because she rushed me to the entrance to pay . I noticed my eyebrows were all MESSED up when I got inside my car. DO NOT COME HERE IF ITS YOUR 1st time . First timer, this place was recommended to me. Each station belongs to a person. I was asked if I had a preference but never been here before so I said no, first timer. I was taken to station 3. She was very nice, did my eyebrows in 5 minutes, and did a great job. My hair is still growing in on one eyebrow so she told me she didn't take off too much there because otherwise they would be too far apart (which agreed, glad she informed me of that & showed me). It really does take one bad experience to make you want to leave a review. I've been here dozens of times and I've never had either a bad threading nor experience but this time I had both. I didn't catch her name but she's a new threader and she looks a little younger than the others. I came in for a "clean up" but she did the exact opposite and took off a good portion of my eyebrows. She was on the phone the whole time, talking to through her Apple Watch. While it wasn't too loud, it is obnoxious since her wrist was right in my ear. I would understand if it were an emergency phone call but the person on the other end was talking about having bought a new car. The conversation lasted the duration of my threading and I didn't noticed she had thinned out my eyebrow drastically until it was too late. I have many good experiences here but if this is how it's going to be from now on. Don't come here. read more

For a year I've been coming here to get my eyebrows done and I never had an issue. Place is clean and employees are nice. Since day one, the woman in chair one has done my eyebrows and never had a problem with her or her work. Honestly, I feel bad for the individuals who had a bad experience with this location, but what do you expect for such an inexpensive service? If you want to get your brows done, might as well go to Benefit Brow Bar or The Wax Lounge in Downtown Riverside, but expect to pay $20-40 dollars (which I've done in the past, but had to set my priorities straight and budget lol) so I come here instead and I love it. I'll just fill in my own eyebrows when i get home. Lol. I'll continue to pay my $7 every 2-3 weeks. If you want to save money and have clean eyebrows, give this location a try. read more

They do a good job when they're not on the phone while working on your brows. For the most part I like the girl at station 1. Kinda wish they'd give you a small massage or at least rub some aloe Vera on the brows when the service is done. read more

I have come here a few times and it's always been ok. Except for today. Today Rita did my brows. Today I left with a large patch in the arch of my eyebrows. When I pointed it out to Rita, she insisted that my eyebrow just grows that way! I told her that I have never had a patch there, that I didn't walk in with a patch there, and have had my brows threaded plenty of times and have never left with a patch. She insisted that she didn't do it and never apologized and just ignored the entire thing. I also commented prior to seeing the finished result that it was especially painful today and she just said that she was almost done. Made my eyes brows soo un even i have natural thick eyebrows and full . One eyebrow is short and thick the other is long and thinner .
