I'd hate to leave a bad review, but I'm afraid I'm gonna have to. I've been going to this place since 2014. I'm not really a make up type of girl, but every now and then if there's a special occasion I wear make up, and therefore get my eyebrows done just so that it's easy to put makeup on them later. Anyway, I used to get my brows done by this one young lady whose name I don't know (I actually don't know any of their names because I never pay attention, but as you'll soon read from my review, maybe I should've). She was super nice and really took her time to make sure that I always got the shape that I wanted. For about two and a half years, she was my "go to aesthetician." However, back in May, she wasn't there when I went, so I had no other choice but to let somebody else take care of me. A middle-aged lady wearing glasses (the shorter one) took care of my brows, and they ended up becoming thin. I told her specifically that I just wanted a clean up and that I want my brows to be about as thick as they already were (my brows are of average thickness but they're kinda scattered, thus giving the illusion of being thick). In addition, I ended up getting these weird tiny cuts around my brows and eyelids, which I've never gotten before. I decided to let that experience go, and about two months ago I got my brows done by her again. My brows ended up being thinner that I wanted them to be again AND she did my mustache even though I never told her to. I literally told her to do my brows only, and then she suddenly worked on my mustache out of nowhere. I had my eyes closed while she was threading my brows, then at one point she paused. I thought she was just making the thread even more taut, then she straight up just started threading my mustache. I decided not to say anything because she had already started, and if I told her to stop I would've ended up with patchy facial hair. Thankfully, the brows healed right away. My upper lip, however, burned for two weeks. I used to love this place because I felt well-taken care of. Unfortunately, I don't feel that way anymore. read more

Marzieh is the best eyebrow artist there. I have been going to her for awhile now and every time I walk in, she is so welcoming and recognizes me. She leaves my brows very clean and even, and i have not had a single issue. I wish I had a before picture , because she has helped my brows grow so much! Love her! read more

Marzieh is amazing! She was so detailed my first time with her, she showed me my results in the mirror and quickly was like "hold on I can fix this" I had no idea what she was talking about, they had looked beyond amazing. Once she was officially finished, she asked if I wanted cooling gel and to color in my brows, I usually say no but my eyebrows were looking good I had to show them off ASAP. She also used the white crayon to highlight them. Definitley coming back! read more

If you love your eyebrows don't go here only 1 girl can actually do amazing eyebrows and she's only there on weekends she's Hispanic! I was in a hurry one day and had no time to get my brows done for the weekend so I let the much older women do them I'm thinking she's gonna do a decent job since she probably had experience, wrong! Love this place! I would always walk pass Brow Arc at the mall and I finally tried it after seeing my sister's eyebrows after she came here. I am very picky when it comes to my eyebrows and I'm always scared to go somewhere new. I finally went and loved my brows! Everyone there is great and very friendly. Two stars for the cuteness of the place. Appearance seemed professional and I wanted to love this place, but as soon as my threading artist began running the thread back and forth wayyyyy too many times on bare skin, I knew it wasn't going to be good. There are still a few stray hairs and it is evident she went over an area where I don't grow hair too aggressively. At times I wanted to stop her because I could feel the pain. Now I'm left with burns. I don't know her name but she had glasses and was a nice lady, but her technique just wasn't a winner for me. Now I'm left with burns. I have been going to Brow Arc for the last 6 years and I love it. I have experienced threading with 4 other brow professionals before, but Sima is the absolute best. She always takes her time when she threads my eyebrows and upper lip. She does her best to remove every single hair that shouldn't be there, and I have a lot of hair. That's what I love about Sima...she is detailed. I always feel great after my session. My hair grows fast so I come every week OR every 10 days (at the most) if things get hectic. How is it possible that I walk in 10 minutes before closing time and because the lame ass lady was already working on someone's brows she didn't want to take me anymore. Maybe it's time they put on their window that they will not take people who walk in before closing time OR they should close their doors at 8:50pm to stop the confusion. I get my eyebrows done here, and I can safely say that they do a great job every time. Some employees will take into account the hair growth that they need to leave on your brows in order for them to become fuller, which I appreciate. The threader Deepa is great, go for her. I would like to first say Magie is very good. I made the mistake of going twice without having Magie do them because she wasnt in and I needed them done.....HUGH mistake....the first lady asked if I wanted them shaped, I replied yes and she took off so much to where my shape was entirely gone. The second lady I explained to her way I wanted them ....squared off ...she rounded them. I had her stop, paid her and explained if you go any further I will be messed up. Really terrible experience. I went in and got group lashes put in for the first time. It was incredibly painful (which I had heard from other people) so I sucked it up even though the chemicals from the glue were burning my eyes so hard that I was twitching. At the end of it, the lady realized she had glued my eyelashes (and, consequently, my eyes) together and tried for 15 minutes to rip them apart "professionally." My eyes were watering uncontrollably for hours afterward, and the pain continued for many hours despite the "you'll feel fine in 1-2 hours" assurance that the lady had given me. When I was able to lift up my eyelid with my finger at home, I saw that she had glued the majority of the fake eyelashes not to my actual eyelashes, but to the underside of my eyelids! No wonder it was so painful. This was a terrible experience, and now I'm scared to death of fake eyelashes. read more

So I found my membership card and went back to this place. The same lady I was dealing with last time was there. I showed her my card she looked at the date and looked at her book. The membership #, date, and her signature was on the book except for my name. And to top it off it was her that forgot to write my name down. She apologized and gave me a free session and didn't mark my card. Now she's more nicer and friendlier. I still don't recommend this place! read more

Yes some of the bad reviews I can understand. I've had my share of brows poorly done here. But did find two people here that do a great job. Raj and Rejnie. Regarding rash issues. If you do you might be allergenic to the product. Because my skin is very sensitive and never experience any issues. I go here because it's convenient for me and will continue to go as long as these workers remain here. They are also very nice women and we have a lot of fun. The only issue I have now is the women that I like. Is that their schedule keep changing which is not convenient for me and their the only women I trust doing my eyebrows. read more

Nothing special here. They really don't care to really take the time to shape your brows. They also dont use any moisturizer or skin care products to help with the redness. They don't trim the hair with scissors either. Definitely not returning. read more

I have been coming here for the past 2 years and I've always loved it. I have always gone with Maggie, she is the best! For over a month now I have been calling to see if Maggie is in but they always say no she's not in and always give an excuse. I don't know if she got fired or if she quit but I think they should at least let the customers know instead of saying oh I don't know when she will be back. I usually go here and go to the kiosk and had a really good experience there. But today I went to the main place. The girls there both didn't want to get up and help me and were talking about who was going to do my brows. Zoya did them and she messed them up!!!! I had been growing my brows for forever and they were finally how I wanted them. I said I was growing them out still since one brow is a little uneven. BUT SHE DIDN'T LISTEN. She thinned my brows out a lot and she made my brows SUPER UNEVEN. Even though she said she was going to keep the shape the same. She arched one of them WAYYY TO MUCH.
