I have been coming here to get my brows done for about a year. I have sat with many staff and finally found one that I really like. Raj does an excellent job with my brows. She takes her time and really focuses on me. Believe it or not, before I met Raj, I've sat through sessions where the staff are talking on their cellphone while working on me! I usually just get my brows cleaned up but opted to try getting them shaped. I did this the first time Raj worked on me and I am happy I waited. Raj shaped by brows beautifully. I went in today and sat with Raj. As usual she did an excellent job. I definelty recommend Raj if you need your brows done. read more

I've been going here since I was in high school back in 2014, and ever since I moved to Ohio I can't find someone who does my brows as good as Farah! She is the absolute best and is super thorough when doing your brows! I highly recommend coming here and requesting her. Am I the only person who likes this place? I've been going here for almost a year, and I always love my results. I don't really care which woman does my brows because they've all given me fairly consistent results. I used to do the 3 month unlimited pass and come every week (Hey! I'm Mexican and my hair grows fast!), but after about 6 months, my brows started growing in slower and finer. Now I buy the 6-use pass and come every 10-14 days. Since I come in mostly for clean-up and not shaping, I guess I can't argue with the other reviewers below, but I would urge you to at least give it a chance. I am definitely an advocate for threading over waxing since this is the only thing that has caused my hair to grow in slower and finer :) read more

Oh. My. Gosh. I really wish I had something good to say about this place. Positives: They are in a convenient location and the wait wasn't too long (without an appointment) I had my eye brows threaded there by one of the women there and had eye lash extensions put in by another. My eye brows would have come out nicely except she sliced my eyebrow open. Not a simple little knick, but a full on bloody cut. I was holding a tissue to my eye brow for the next 15 minutes waiting for the bleeding to stop. She didn't make me pay for it, but still, I have a scar and that is no fun. 30 minutes later I had my eye lash extensions put in. As a daily user of fake eye lashes, I was excited at the idea of not having to put them on every day. IT WAS SO EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL! The glue serum the older woman used kept dripping into my eye and every time I closed my eye in pain she would yell at me! She barely spoke english so when I tried explaining I was in pain, she didn't understand. The eyelashes, at the end, looked TERRIBLE. They were all clumped together, the actual eyelashes were glued together I couldn't even run an eyelash comb through it. That same day, as the eyelashes were glued together, the ends started scraping my eye. I couldn't open my eye. The next day the entire chunk of eyelash came off! TAKING A CHUNK OUT OF MY REAL EYELASHES WITH IT! To this day I am still missing a chunk out of my eyelashes. I went in that day. They would not give me a refund and instead insisted on fixing it. The same lady put new eyelashes on, still looking chunky and terrible, and within the hour they fell off. again. Between paying for painful ugly extensions that lasted 2 weeks, fake eyelashes to put on my missing chunk for the next 2 months, and the bad customer service (she didn't speak english and no refund) I will never ever ever go back. BE CAREFUL! read more

I come here with my friend to get our eyebrows done, It's one of the things that we do to bond. Luckily when we went Maggie was there and she's worth the wait, she's amazing, I don't think my eyebrows have looked as beautiful as when she's done them for me. I have gone back, and the last girl decided to "correct" my eyebrows and I didn't mind, but it did feel like she was threading the hair one by one, maybe she was new but the eyebrows started to grow different, and I had to wait a couple of weeks to kind of grow them out to go back, but I think this time I want to make sure that Maggie will be there, she does a great job! Unless there's someone else here that you guys know is good, definitely go with Maggie read more

Sometimes I'll go and I loved what I paid for, others times I don't. When I first started coming I was pleased, don't get me wrong! My favorite time ever I got my brows done by anyone was from here (I don't know who is who), but I stopped coming because they are too unreliable. (Maybe I should learn who is who). The past couple of times I went, I wasn't too pleased, with the same reasons as others because my brows were too thin and arched. However, I can't forget the amazing time I got them done from here before. Also, one time someone over threaded too much that my skin got cut a little. I thought it was normal for threading (it was only like my second time I got threading) but now I realize that no one should cut the skin, even if it is just slight. read more

Today was my first and last time trying out this location. I went in for a clean up and I'm not sure what the lady thought she cleaned but my eyebrows looked the exact same as before she started. I was left with a lot of hair that I had to pluck out myself AND I was charged $15 for a mediocre job. If I'm paying $15 for eyebrows, I expect perfection. Will not be returning. Save your money, you're better off cleaning them up yourself. Truly the worst threading job I've ever gotten done. read more

I've never had such a horrible experience like I did today. The lady that i usually go to downstairs on Saturdays wasn't there, so I went upstairs. The lady working on the right side chair was who did my eyebrows. HUGE mistake. And weirdly enough theres no name of the person who worked on you ob the receipt. I sat on the chair and she told me "up" okay that's what they usually say to hold your bottom and upper eyebrow so I did. She had the audacity to grab me by my armpits and pull me up. Holy sh*t was I pissed but I was already there and i needed to get my eyebrows done badly. She happened to cut my 4 TIMES!! I know a cut happens once in a while but that lady left me feeling dirty and uncomfortable . I didn't want to give a 1 star review because I've had great experiences here in the past but I came in today and was floored with what happened today. I've been coming here regularly for over 2 years and at other brow threading places before that and have never had someone tweeze my brows after threading them! What's the point of going to a threading place if I'm going to be tweezed? I'm willing to go back and finish out my membership as long as I don't get the same person (woman's initial starts with Z.) again, because I'm really hoping the others working there are better. read more

The first time I went here, it was Sima who did my eyebrows. I was amazed cause I've always teared up every single time I had my eyebrows done, but it was pretty much painless with her. I just said what I always say every single time I get my eyebrows threaded - "Just clean it up, and keep it as thick as possible" - and she delivered! Went back earlier and was just as satisfied as the first time. She even took the time to clean up my eyeliner cause it got all smudged up lol.
