Don't go there especially with Dyba(deba) not sure how to spell her name! Long story short I had the three month membership. Last time I was there I went with Deba and I asked her to leave the shape and clean only. I told her I like the shape of my eyebrows, just clean. She didn't listen and she made them so so thin. I used to get complements on my eyebrows. Now people are asking me what happened because it's obvious now. I told all my family and friends to don't go there. Now I lost my membership cause I have a month left and I don't want to go back plus I want my eyebrows to grow. Every one will read my review will feel the struggle because it takes too long for your eyebrows hair to come out. read more

My go-to brow spot -I've been coming here since 2012 and everyone has done a great job. Sima is by far the best and I've tried various artists. Sima takes her time and truly listens to your needs. I'm sorry I have to write a bad review because I actually liked how my brows looked. I bought a frequent brow card and the one thing that PISSED me off is that the sign says " as low as 5.00". WRONG. Its 6.66 for a frequent card worth 6 times( so 40.00). I asked " when does it come out to 5.00" and she said " never, it used to be 30.00 for a card, but they wont change the sign. So, total false advertising in my book. As a lawyer, that is a big NO NO to me. Next, the 2nd time I went, I got a horrible infection. The gal who did my brows dropped the thread in the barbicide. She took it out, and threw it away, but I dont think she washed her hands after that. My brows broke out in a rash. I had to see a doctor and get a prescription for cream. I ended up calling Brow Art's main office and they refunded me the amount of the frequent card, the doctor co-pay and the amount of the cream. So dissapointing. read more

Went here for my first threading. Girl could not speak enough English to even get by. I could not have a conversation to establish any information about threading or what my options were even tho I'm sure she wanted to be able to help. If there were any other people in the shop who DID speak English, they were not in the room, and she made no move to go get them. When I tried to ask for an arch, she did manage to convey flat out I couldn't get any shape because my eyes were round. Funny that, since waxers have been shaping my brows for years. Because I wanted to experience threading, (and I really needed to tame what I had been growing out) I let her do my brows, putting MUCH faith in her knowing her craft. She cleaned around the edges and left two thick, saggy caterpillars on my face. I thanked her and left definitely disappointed in my experience and deciding never to go there again. I wasn't even sure I'd want to try threading again with anyone else. In a later conversation with a manicurist, she recommended Nina at Touch & Glow. OMG... What a difference! I wish I could give a review on the actual brow services. I called as soon as they opened this morning and asked if I needed an appointment. The lady on the phone said that they took walk-ins for the services I needed. I asked what time they closed and she said 7. I told her I got off work at 6 and would be there right before 7. I asked if this would be too close to closing. She said no, as long as I am there before 7 they will service me. I walked into the shop at 6:54 and was rudely told they were closed for the day because it was 7pm. I showed her how it was 6:54 on my phone and explained that I spoke with someone over the phone this morning who said as long as I was there before 7, I could get my brows done, so I drove 40 minutes after work to get to them. She again said no, they are closed. She then started clearing out their register, still not 7pm yet. Three other people went in after me and got the same answer. Maybe the closing time should be listed at 6:45pm, or maybe don't tell customers that they will be serviced as long as they get there at 7. Will not be back to find out if their services are worth the trouble. read more
