I visited Brow Art 23 in Alpharetta at 7:43 PM (they close at 8:00 PM) for a simple brow arch that typically takes no more than 10 minutes. When I walked in, there wasn't a single customer, just an employee on her phone. When I requested service, she immediately refused, citing their 8:00 PM closing time. The situation only got worse from there. Despite having plenty of time for a quick brow arch, she became argumentative and extremely rude. Only when I mentioned speaking to a manager did she suddenly agree to help me - but then started muttering under her breath and huffing and puffing. At that point, I declined the service because I wouldn't trust someone with such a poor attitude to work on my face. She then tried to insist I had to get the service done because I had "signed in". I informed her that I was under no obligation to accept service from someone displaying such unprofessional behavior. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I've had. There was absolutely no reason for such terrible treatment, especially when they still had plenty of time before closing. I will never return to this location and would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. read more

I just walked in trying to put my number in to get my eyebrows done. There was a girl in front of me trying to her lashes done (mind you I came at 4:30) and the lady that was working stopped me from putting my phone number in and she told me she's not taking anymore clients because shes doing a facial and she's still needs to do the lady that wants to get her lashes done. she told me it was going to be an hour wait and I said I don't mind waiting because I have all day and right after I said that she added "I have somewhere to be right after and I will leave by 6". ma'am yall close at 9 what do you mean you need to leave who's covering you? the manager? cause you're by yourself here. I had my face waxed at the North Point mall location in Alpharetta, my face got burned. The wax was colder than normal. The minute she finished, I began to feel a burning sensation on my skin. When I got home I disinfected with peroxide and put ointment. The next morning the spots that were waxed turned red. I am preying it only superficial. You will find Brow Art outside of Dillard's at North Point Mall, I have been getting my brows and threading done here for over 6 months now. I had my eyebrows done most of the ladies that work here. They all did a decent job but for me Amina does a fantastic job, She is there on Wednesday Mornings and is usually a very short wait. She is not a talker and doesn't try to tell you what to do with your eyebrows, she is not pushy. She has recommended other services, but I never felt pressured. The first time I had my first threaded it broke out. I mentioned this to Amina. She suggested I skip the lotion after my service. I never had a problem after that. As I looked in the mirror today, I realized that my eyebrows were atrocious and I needed to get them done ASAP. While at the mall, I asked a sales associate if there were any threading places around, as I prefer threading my brows over waxing, and she suggested I go to Brow Art 23, on the second level of North Point Mall near Macy's. When I walked in there was one associate by the name of Toktam who was working with another client. It's a small shop, with about 3 service chairs and other chairs for those waiting, which I did for about 5 minutes or so. Toktam did an awesome job, considering the fact that I have some weird eyebrows that are curly in some areas for whatever reason. She even filled them in for me to give them more 'oomph'. She explained to me that they have punch cards and after your 10th visit, your 11th was free, but because they recently ran out, she stamped one of their mini brochures for me and told me to bring it back so that I can add that stamp to the stamp cards they'll be receiving soon. I stumbled upon this place looking for another brow bar. I wanted a wax, but was talked into my first ever brow and chin threading Pain is not my friend. Needless to say, wax is more painful. I will never get wax again. Shabina was so kind and professional. I told her I will be back. She made it worth returning to Alpharetta and I live in Midtown. I'm so happy I found this place. I'm visiting from California and came with my sister for a clean up. I specifically said clean up and keep them thick. The lady was Filipino/Asian. She was taking a little too long for a clean up. When I got up my right brow was rounder no sharp arch. I informed her they don't align. She says no ones eyes are perfect. Bishhhh that's not what I said. I informed her that I get my eyebrows threaded regularly, please don't insult my intelligence. Prior to be arriving in your chair they were slightly over grown yet still aligned. I kindly asked for her to revise and adjust my brows. When she finished, both my brows were thinner. Not satisfied with my brows because now I have to wait longer for them to grow back. This place is tucked away in a part of the mall I rarely visit and that makes it a total gem. This was my first visit and first time having my brows threaded. Rose took great care of me. I also had 'cluster' lashes done. She put them in much faster than any other lash artist ever had and I've been getting my lashes done for the last 3 years. The place was neat though there were some areas that could've used an extra run of a duster. The price was very good for the two services and I definitely plan to go back. It's been about a week and though my brows have started growing back already my lashes are still perfect. Rose gave great guidelines on how to clean the lashes and of course to stay away from steam for the first day or two. I've since taken a steaming hot shower and my lashes are still going strong. Lastly, there are signs that explicitly tell you to say something if you don't like the results before you leave so take an extra careful look before you head to the register. I even pulled out my phone to take pictures of myself to see what they looked like under different lighting. I'm still satisfied and hopefully you will be too! read more

Okay sooo I went here for a short time to get my eyelashes done and they were fine, however I had never asked her to do my eyebrows. She did them anyway. I had just gotten my eyelashes done and could not open my eyes yet and she began to thread my eyebrows and I started to tell her that's it's ok you don't have to and continued to try to sit up and tell her I didn't want them done, so her response (and I can't make this up) was, "It's ok ha ha I no listen. I do anyway." She started to comb them out so I was thinking she was finishing up, so I started to sit up and then she decided to CUT ALL THE HAIR off the top that she had combed out. It took my eyebrows months to almost a year to grow back and they have never gotten back to how I loved them. This woman (the owner/ not technically naming names) sucks with customer service, doesn't pay attention to her customers or their wants with the service, never ends her phone calls, and has NEVER been on time. To anyone who actually read all of this, save yourself the trouble of this place and just find a real professional and a dependable place to get ANY of her services done. read more

I've been here one other time and it wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst so I decided to give them another try. I called to ask what time they close to get my eyebrows done before I go into labor (38 weeks pregnant) and the lady says 9pm, I arrive at 8:40pm and she says she's closed!! I told her that I had just called; she says they close at 9pm but have to take the last customer earlier because they have to close their register. Now why in the world wouldn't you say that on the phone? Now it's too late to drive anywhere else and it's not like I have all the time in the world to find another spot! I'm an out-of-towner. Needed threading services. The girl there was great, I think her name was Shima. Very nice. The threading is affordable. She was amazingly quick. And did exactly what i asked for. My eyebrows look great. Not to mention my stache was taken care of. I'm sad she's not actually where I live. I would definitely be a regular. Did not like my brows when I left. I only went because I was already in mall and really needed my brows done. The lady that did my brows did a painless job but only outlined the brow I didnt realize I had a lot of stray hair that I ended up plucking when I got home. They both looked good but just not together. I know brows are not going to be twins but the arch should be identical. I am just use to going to cumberland or lenox to get threaded but since I moved out, I am trying to find a brow place. This is off my list. read more

I've been getting my brows done by Som and today she had the nerve to ask me why I was wasting her time ?! They fired the first girl who ruined my eyebrows because apparently I wasn't the only one whose eyebrows she ruined. After going in today I will no longer go back, the lady was rude she didn't even greet me when I walked in and to top it all off one of my eyebrows is basically gone.
