I have been going here few times a year for about three years, and have had nice work. This time, the place was dirty with 1 middle-aged woman working. She was just sitting around talking to friend. I told her I just wanted brow lines cleaned up. She proceded to pull plugs of brows out! I have very fine hair, and barely can tell when they have done this before. only reason i'm leaving one star is bc i can't leave zero. this was the most awful experience ever. all i wanted was cluster lashes extensions. kamala literally glued my eyes shut, one side looked good but the other side was completely fucked up and looked terrible. she asked if i wanted to get my brows done too and said it would be $14, then proceeded to tint them too and charge $37. she didn't tell me it was gonna cost that much or i wouldn't have done it. i rly didn't need darker brows and they don't even look that good. i tried to be nice and just paid but then i got in the car and realized how awful they looked so i went back in and asked for a refund. they refunded me for the eyelashes but she refused to refund me for the eyebrow tint which i didn't even want and she lied to me about the price. and then she's gonna sit there and cry like why tf are u crying u fucked up MY eyelashes!!! my advice don't go here ever this place needs to be shut down. also ps kamala pls use some deodorant u need it. read more

I didn't get my eyebrows done. I was seated and woman from backroom comes out playing with cellphone, grabs thread WITHOUT SANITIZING HER HANDS coming at my face. I stopped her and asked if she would please sanitize her hands. She tries to give me some hand sanitizer, I said "not me YOU!!!!!" . She turns around annoyed and shaking her head to use hand sanitizer.I got up thanked her for her time and left. Not to mention the girl who rudely told me to sign in while never looking up from her phone and laying on the couch in waiting area. They do not honor the rewards cards/loyalty card previous owners had. In addition, very understaffed and quality is average. Thankfully found another shop with eyebrow threading around the area. read more

We came on Saturday at 11:43 and the store was closed even through they state they open at 11. We tried again the following day. They stated opening at 12 but did not open until 12:30, the technician was late. I always go to this place, and I have little to no issues each time.Its painful to have my eyebrows threaded, but its worth it. There was an issue today with the lady missing hairs, but she had no issue correcting it. I would show a picture of both, but I had hormonal imbalance issues this year that made my hair mostly disappear on one of my eyebrow's .she was perfectly fine working around the issue of the bald spots. horrible service. i went in with thick full brows and came out with thin COMPLETELY butchered brows. will never be going back to this place. they made my eyebrows way too thin and messed up the arch completely. I could of done a better job myself blindfolded. employees were rude. read more
