(See pic) New Year's Eve 2024, (I say Old Year's Day) I had no plans on cheating on my regular brows lady but, a last minute event forced my hand so to Yelp I ran. Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! The shop is clean and had a faint scent of burning incense (love that!) December 31st 2024 and my thread cost $15. Booking through Yelp, seamless. I even got my loyalty card so ya know... My first experience with Richa was honestly good. She was fast, polite and everything was up to…read morepar. However, the second trip was bit disappointing (and painful, ouch)! I arrived a bit before my time and patiently sat in my car, waiting for the shop to open. Richa pulled up a bit after me. I watched her go in and turn on everything. It was my time and I got out and walked in. Richa stared at me for a couple of seconds and I immediately felt that she was a bit irritated. Maybe because she wasn't finished setting up, or she just wasn't having the best morning. But I was there literally at my scheduled time. I didn't mind waiting at all, but after that initial greeting, it felt a bit awkward. Anyhoo, the threading this time around was a bit harsh and honestly quite painful. It looked nice, but after the second visit, I decided that I wouldn't be returning.

I was a walk-in that day. When I arrived to the establishment there were no other customers. The shop was clean and well lit. I asked for brow service and was seated immediately. It took less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows looked amazing. She also filled in my eyebrows to add a tail as they are short, and I think that was a nice touch as I didn't ask for that. Richa mentioned some of the other services that they offer highlighting her brow customized brow tinting. I really appreciated the customer service and I will be returning.

I signed up for an eight session laser hair removal treatment; and only received one treatment before the owner decided to sell the company without notifying the customers. Now I'm responsible for paying for services that aren't being rendered; because I'm trapped in a contract with a third party finance company. I have tried to call the office several times and no one ever answers the phone. I decided to drive there last week and the receptionist decided to take her lunch break even though, she didn't have anyone to relieve her. One of the technicians came out to speak with me and gave me the number to the office manager. She told me that the manager would be able to help sort out the problem with the finance company. However, I haven't received a call and probably won't. I should sue this place.

What was told to me by the receptionist was that my appt only had 10 mins left and that was not enough time to complete the CP service. The person who was to perform my first CP service did not have the common courtesy to come and tell me that I only had 10 mins remaining for my appt. Again, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!! Buyers beware, read your contract bc they will not refund your money in my case $600.00 if you don't cancel within 3 days of your contract. Someone was suppose to call me today and it 1:07 pm - no call back yet. Close this facility down!!
