I got my eyebrows threaded, and they looked fantastic! My skin is on the sensitive side, but I did not have any bleeding or swelling to the area after my appointment. I would highly recommend! (See pic) New Year's Eve 2024, (I say Old Year's Day) I had no plans on cheating on my regular brows lady but, a last minute event forced my hand so to Yelp I ran. Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! The shop is clean and had a faint scent of burning incense (love that!) December 31st 2024 and my thread cost $15. Booking through Yelp, seamless. I even got my loyalty card so ya know... I arrived a bit before my time and patiently sat in my car, waiting for the shop to open. Richa pulled up a bit after me. I watched her go in and turn on everything. It was my time and I got out and walked in. Richa stared at me for a couple of seconds and I immediately felt that she was a bit irritated. Maybe because she wasn't finished setting up, or she just wasn't having the best morning. But I was there literally at my scheduled time. I didn't mind waiting at all, but after that initial greeting, it felt a bit awkward. Anyhoo, the threading this time around was a bit harsh and honestly quite painful. It looked nice, but after the second visit, I decided that I wouldn't be returning.

I was a walk-in that day. When I arrived to the establishment there were no other customers. The shop was clean and well lit. I asked for brow service and was seated immediately. It took less than 10 minutes and my eyebrows looked amazing. She also filled in my eyebrows to add a tail as they are short, and I think that was a nice touch as I didn't ask for that. Richa mentioned some of the other services that they offer highlighting her brow customized brow tinting. I really appreciated the customer service and I will be returning.

Once she started waxing me she informed me that I wouldn't even need a tint because my brows were pretty full. I appreciated her honesty because she could've just took my money and gave me a tint I didn't need. But she didn't. I definitely will be returning. She's got a new regular! :)

I received notification on 7/25/2026, that Towson would be closed for upgrades and to call the…read moreCanton location once I got through, I was told that negotiations were still going on and the idea is the new owner would honor current Ideal Image clients, however there is no guarantee. My issue is I have paid my money and I still have three treatments left for each area (4 areas). I called HFD which is who I was financed through and was told to wait to hear the outcome before they will even look into my concern and potentially provide a refund. I feel those of us that still have treatments remaining will not be honored. I have looked into a different wellness center that provides the service and they worked with me giving the situation. I do plan on talking with a lawyer because I have fulfilled my obligation and Ideal Image did not due to them folding.
