Unfortunately, within one week, both my brows and lips appeared as though no procedure had been performed at all. I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this permanent makeup artist.

Unfortunately, this experience was very different and left me disappointed. For my first appointment, I accidentally arrived 30 minutes late because I misread the appointment time. I understand that being late was my mistake. However, I wish she had called or texted me to let me know I needed to reschedule instead of having me wait while she finished with other clients. She still completed my appointment, and I genuinely loved the shape of my eyebrows. During that first visit, she also made comments about my country and said that the food "uncleanliness" based on something she had seen on YouTube. I found those comments unnecessary and disrespectful. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I didn't expect to have my country or culture criticized during a professional appointment. About two weeks later, I felt my eyebrows needed a touch-up because they looked more like a tattoo than the soft, natural look I was hoping for. I contacted her, and she agreed to do a touch-up for an additional $80. Communication through text was not very clear, but we scheduled the appointment for 10:00 a.m. This is where my biggest disappointment began. I arrived on time--actually a few minutes early--but the studio was closed. When I called, she apologized and said she had forgotten to put me on her schedule. She asked if I could come back at 11:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, I had already planned my day around the appointment, so this was very frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected better communication and respect for my time. During the touch-up, I politely asked if a slightly darker shade could be used. Instead of discussing my concerns, I felt she became defensive and insisted that her original work looked best. Since she is the professional, I trusted her judgment and told her to proceed. When I arrived, she also seemed to be in a bad mood. Before starting my appointment, she spent time cleaning the studio while another client and I sat waiting. During the procedure, I pointed out a few areas that looked lighter and asked if they could be filled in. Rather than listening to my concerns, it felt like she argued with me. At that point, I chose not to continue the discussion because I didn't want any conflict. The most uncomfortable part of my visit happened when, without asking for my permission, she invited another client into the treatment room to look at my eyebrows while explaining her technique and the pigment she used. I felt this was inappropriate and disrespectful of my privacy. I would have appreciated being asked for my consent first. I truly believe she is a talented and skilled microblading artist, and that's why I returned after six years. However, excellent technical skills should be matched by respectful communication, professionalism, punctuality, and consideration for a client's comfort and privacy. Sadly, because of my overall experience, I will not be returning.

She was so kind, patient and educated. I don't trust myself with my own brows because they are sparse and don't have much direction to them. She started with the mapping them out and make sure that I loved it before the numbing process. The process of the tattooing part only took maybe hour or less then. She took her time with the details and you can feel her do that with every stroke she made with the pen. Lana was incredibly professional, thorough, and gentle. She is the right person to trust with your brows. My only regret is that I didn't have them done sooner. I already had enough brow hair before but I needed help making them more symmetrical without taking away hair (achieving a fuller/thicker appearance), and I wanted a natural look since I don't wear a full face every day. It's so easy to maintain the shape Lana created for me. I relied on Lana's expertise and trusted her recommendations. She designed my brows, advised me on the best color, and made the whole process smooth. I have a hyperactive right brow and my left eyebrow had shorter/coarser hairs with more patches. She took all of this into account when mapping out the shape. She would also have me check the shape multiple times before we started the procedure. She'll also be super honest with you about what shape suits you best. I thank god every day that she talked me out of a Korean straight brow. The whole process took about 2.5-3 hours (1.5 hour consult and then the procedure). Other places can do it faster and charge more, but do you want someone who rushes?? I certainly didn't AND I would have paid twice as much for Lana's work. It didn't hurt at all. Lana was so gentle that I remember falling asleep. 7/28/26 Touch up day…read more As the funny cartoon illustrated...my brow color mostly fell off by the return date. Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here.
