I remember sitting beside me was a lady who was having trouble choosing a color but her nail artist, Lisa I believe her name was, was extremely patient. Lisa gave this lady many suggestions and would get up and get any color the lady would want, to see if it matched her skin. There was also a larger family who came in, 3 ladies and 3 small children. Even though the children were running around and causing a ruckus none of the employees complained and just smiled at them. When the mom of one of the children, and infant, wanted to get her nails done, one of the employees offered to carry him. She was extremely good with him and even gave him water from there complimentary water station, or whatever it's called. Back to Charles. He was extremely friendly and also relatable. He made many jokes and kept good conversation. He is extremely gentle with your hands and would ask me to tell him if he ever hurt me, he never did. He also offered to redo any nail I didn't like. He would also give massages on your hands and feet. He said everything salon should have this. He also said how he wanted to give everyone the best experience so they could all come back, I definitely want too. I'm not sure if all these other posts are of other "Lee Nails" stores but I assure you, you won't get that kind of treatment here.
