Decent services, terrible customer service. I was LOYAL to this salon for EIGHT YEARS (despite the subpar customer service). I hadn't come in about 6-8 months (not that I've been going to any other nail salon), and the owner legit told me I put on weight and that she could tell I put on weight. I had a really bad experience at this salon. The manager's behavior was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. It seemed like she preferred to take in people with a certain skin tone only. She spoke with me with a frown on her face the whole time and in a demeaning manner that made me feel extremely humiliated. Despite that I spoke with her nicely (couldn't go down to her level), but I will never go back there again. Also, the salon jacked up their prices a lot since six months ago. A very disappointing experience. I went in for a waxing service and was treated in a way that felt humiliating and discriminatory based on my ethnicity. The comments and tone were unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, the waxing service itself was poorly done. A significant amount of hair was still left afterward, and there was no effort to check or correct the work. Overall, there was a clear lack of care, respect, and basic professionalism. Excellent Liquid Gel Mani+Pedi! First time customer here and I am impressed. How many times have you tried out a new nail salon and it turns out to be a dud and complete disaster... an hour or two later, a $100 later, and just plain PO and a waste of time. I've gotten my fair share of just awful mani-pedis and I'm really reluctant to go these days... especially of the sky-rocketed prices since after the pandemic. Thank God I've finally found BLUEBELL! This place came highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. They are professional, on time, takes their time with the service and the work is GOOD! I tried their Liquid Gel Shellac today (first set $60; $45 for future fills) and a Deluxe Hot Stone Pedi ($35), then got cuticles cut ($7) and everything was PERFECT. Wala... my nails are now beautiful and I'm looking forward to my long-lasting Liquid Gel Shallac nails -- was told it would last 4-5 weeks. I am hopeful that it will last this long because it did for my friend.... and unlike other places where it would only last barely 2 weeks. I will update and report back! This shop is also very nice and clean, with lots of room and stations for mani-pedis. Service is very professional -- they are on time and will take their time for a job well done. I especially appreciate the fact that they do not "overtalk", ask you all kinds of personal questions, or just to "chit chat". Tammy was sweet made an appt to get pedicure and new set. Went in on Sunday afternoon as my daughters wedding is scheduled for upcoming Saturday. My new set is phenomenal no complaints there But pedicure my toe is swollen and has been bleeding for 3 days now! I know I had a small hang nail but the tech dug way too deep and now toe seems like it is getting infected! Not happy as my heels for daughters wedding now hurt due to toe being swollen -- I have been treating with peroxide and Neosporin daily and hoping by Friday it is healed read more

Love, love, love, love, LOVE! Believe it or not, I came here for my first manicure and pedicure (yes, you read that right). After 26 years of doing my nails myself, or having my sister do them for me, my boyfriend convinced me too try my first mani/pedi for my birthday. I've been hard to convince after all these years, but he made a compelling case lol. Jackie was great! She did my nails with gel in a pretty mauve color. I wish I caught the name of the nice lady who did my pedi, because she did a phenomenal job as well. They are super nice, patient with newbies, and has reasonable pricing. On top of painting my nails, the do hot rocks, hot towel wraps around your calves, and foot massage as well while you sit in a comfy massage chair. We had just gotten back from Hawaii and did a lot of hiking. My legs had mosquito bites on them, which I was bit worried about, but they were very conscious of my sunburn and mosquito bites and didn't irritate anything. :) I guess I'll have to start making mani/pedis a new and regular thing! read more

I called last minute today to change my nail color from a previous appointment elsewhere and wasn't disappointed! Tammy took care of me and she was gentle and really sweet. I called bc my nails from another nail salon were supposed to be blue chrome but they didn't have it so I chose red chrome. When I walked outside I saw it was like a copper chrome. My other nail salon was too busy to change so it didn't work out. I showed Tammy the photo of red chrome and she showed me what she had at hand. Went in was asked to wait 20 minutes sure that's fine. Lady then tells me sit down station 2. Walks away comes back to start another lady walks in and has her do my nails ok. So asked what the thought I didn't want to damage nails much they said try the dip I said ok. Ok so she does one length one hand longer other . Then tells me needs to be even shorter for dip like now you confusing me. So she said we can do Acrylic fine let's do that. I had picked my colors and they like it's not gel ok does it have to be shoot. Always trying something! I haven't gotten my nails done in a very long while too so was hoping to have a great experience. I got about a short to medium length. When I go pay she says $55 I was like I thought it was $50. She said fir the length I'm like it doesn't tell me that on your website and my nails not even long oh and she try to say other Salons will charge you $10. I'm like wth no not even. DO NOT COME HERE! I went to Bluebell Nail Salon one week ago to get acrylics and a basic pedicure. The gentleman who did my acrylics was good, but the lady CUT MY BIG TOE. The next day, the cut kept reopening and after soaking it in warm water, I had to scrape pus out of it. One week later, the entire side of my big toe is red and warm and I am in constant pain. The redness and pain is spreading and only getting worse. It turns out, I have a BACTERIAL INFECTION and will have to go into the doctor's for treatment. I took my niece and I here in preparation for my sister's wedding, but I will never step foot in this place again, and I advise others to stay away as well. UPDATE: After a week and a half of my toe getting worse, the doctor informed me that the salon gave me an ingrown toenail. Because of its severity, I had to get a small procedure done by a pediatric surgeon to permanently remove part of my toenail. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible and that's because of the owner Tammy. I went in today for a gel manicure and pedicure but needed to soak off the acrylic. Amy does a great job and always does my pedicure and I booked with her for both. As she started my pedicure, she asked if they can do my nails at the same time and I agreed. The owner comes to take off my acrylic and instead of soaking them, decides to use a nail extension to separate the acrylic from my nails, completely ruining my nail bed and splitting 2 of my nails. I literally had to tell her to stop multiple times. It's been 5 hours since my appointment and my nails still hurt. She did not apologize or offer to comp my services. It's not about the money (I have enough of that), it's the principle. Your clients nail health should be top priority and you should do your best to ensure you are doing your best to protect it. 2 of my nails are bloodshot and I couldn't get the gel manicure because I need my nails to heal. The pedicure was amazing with hot stones and hot towel! The manicure was even more amazing because Hung was a perfectionist who made my hands look exquisite! I had a light pink color so he made sure to ask if I wanted a 3rd coat! Even when he added the top coat, he noticed one nail needed more attention and added an additional coat!
