Jennifer was very good at cleaning up my brows and shaping them just the way I wanted. It was also less painful then other places I've tried. Lost a star because I did get some red bumps which I've never had before, although they were minor. Also there is a lack of professionalism. read more

I called yesterday to make an appointment for today! They fit me in and I am very happy I came in. Jennifer did my brows and she is awesome. I am so picky about my brows- and she listened to what I wanted. The last place I went to, took off a lot of hair around the arch, and made them thinner so I was growing them out. I liked that she let me fill in my brows to show her what I did on an everyday basis, (most artists won't let me do that) and she cleaned up around it. She asked me along the way what I thought about the length, the arch and the whole shape. She was very sweet and made sure I got what I wanted. read more

Saleema arched and dyed my eyebrows about a month ago and they still look fantastic. I usually get my eyes tinted and waxed elsewhere, but my daughter highly recommended Saleema at Brow Envy, so I decided to try it out. Not only did I like the experience of threading better than that of waxing, but my entire family agreed that this is the best my eyebrows have ever looked, even though I have been getting them done for the last 20 years or so. Her tint job was far superior to any I had experienced before, as she picked the perfect color and tinted for just the right amount of time so that the tint did not dye my skin making my brows look too full and hairy as I had experienced in the past. I was so happy with my eyebrows that I took Saleema upon her offer to give me a facial that would make my skin appear a lot smoother despite my large pores. I have never had a better facial. Incredibly, with one facial, Saleema accomplished what other estheticians could not with multiple facials. Without the use of harsh chemical peels and soaps, Saleema evened out my skin tone and made my face look incredibly smooth with the several machines she uses to cleanse the pores. Brow Envy is my new go to place for eyebrow arching and tinting, and facials. read more

It was my second time going in after an amazing experience with jennifer. unfortunately jennifer was really busy so a new lady (i apologize i don't remember her name but i believe it was something like samal?). it was absolutely terrible. she was running around as if she was trying to get as many clients as possible and did a TERRIBLE JOB on me. she just rushed through me like she didn't care to do a good job. i came in with thick eyebrows and left with skinny brows after specifically telling her that all i wanted was a small clean up and a tint. she did my tint and made me move to another chair so she could continue to do as many clients while i was waiting out my tint. she did a terrible job with the tint too. the shape wasn't defined but had spots and a wiggly lining. absolutely terrible experience. i even tried to tell her but she rushed me out onto her next client. super unprofessional. it was like all she wanted was to get paid for doing as many jobs as possible. she bombarded you with all the services she offers in an almost demanding way. agh seriously its sad because this place gave me such an amazing experience the first time so yes please still go but don't go with this lady!!!!!! i will be coming back only because jennifer is amazing but never again letting that lady do my brows. im sorry but i had to leave this review because i am so upset. having your thick brows and natural shape completely ruined is definitely the worst feeling ever. she was just so pushy and unprofessional. very sad for a place with such a great reputation. read more

I have been coming to this location for a long time, but today was the last day. I drive a half an hour to come do my eyebrows at this place and make my appointments in advance before I even go. I arrived early for my appointment and sat down assuming that I would be next, but there was another person who had an appointment before me that was going to be next and I was okay with that. What I wasn't okay with was when I was told that an appointment would go before me then a walk-in.. HOLD UP! A walk-in??? Now this wasn't the first time this happened at this place..last time I kept my cool, but today wasn't one of those days. When I confronted the lady at the front she told me the clients have to understand, and I replied then what is the point of making an appointment??? If you make an appointment the walk-ins have to wait it's simple. What I didn't like after was that she told the girl that I didn't want to wait! What!!! Are you kidding me!!! I made the appointment the other girl didn't so why do I have to wait! I was so pissed I should have responded but held my tongue! The girl (who was a walk-in ) had the nerve to say she waited three hours before and making it seem I was in the wrong. First off I made my appointment! 2nd I have other things to do in my day! If I wanted to wait I wouldn't make an appointment and would be just a walk-in. What's even worse is that one of the girls I won't mention names had scheduled clients waiting a half an hour for her to come into work! This is not how you run a business at all or even set an example for others! This is the last time I will go to this place and to the ladies out there if they skip you once expect them to do it again!!! I will go to a place closer to home than to deal with an unorganized place and a worker who chats and doesn't pay attention. Also, sneaks people in the schedule believe me I'm not dumb!
