Whenever I get my eyebrows threaded I also get them tinted, and I'm always pleased with the results. I have been trying to grow them out for a while now because they were very thin at one point, and they do a great job shaping them. Everyone is always very nice and polite and the cost for both services is very reasonable. My family and friends have also had positive experiences. The only thing I would advise is to make an appointment because they get very busy, especially on the weekend. I recommend anyone interested in threading and tinting to check it out. read more

usually I go to see Chelsea and everything is great, she listens to me and I leave happy. however, today she wasn't there and I tried going to Saleema and left almost crying. I told her to leave my brows as thick as possible and she made them super thin. I have never been this unhappy with my brows in my life. She was also super rough when threading my eyebrows and kept pushing a facial or lash lift when I told her I was only there for brows. Also she kept pushing me to tell my friends to go to her. First time I went and I liked the way my eyebrows came out. The only thing I'd recommend is for the front desk girl to work on her customer service. I asked questions yet she didn't seem too thrilled to answer them for me. The girls who do the services are great though and definitely will go back again to get my eyebrows done. read more

I just got my eyebrows threaded by saleema. And I'm just going to start off by saying I'm really unhappy with my entire experience. 1. The lady at the front desk with the multicolored hair did not seem interested in having a customer. She just sent me to a chair. No greeting no nothing. 2. The stylist proceeded 2 Barrel over me without being clear on what I wanted. At this point i should have left but i thought maybe she got it any brows are not complicated to start with but she was essentially going to do what she thought was best irrespective of what I said. Even when I interrupted on multiple occasions when she tried to get me back in the chair without asking. She ended up cleaning up my brows. And it's a good clean up job. But I grew out my brows over a year so that I could start to shape them so they looked more similar. NOW they are back to looking completely different. 3. When I pointed out that I was unhappy with the shape. she's immediately wanted to lean me back in the chair to fix it without asking me what was wrong. Then she just ran over my complaints. If you never could have done what we agreed on then you say so and don't touch the job. That's it then no harm no foul 4. When i went to pay. They asked if i wanted to leave a tip.. which i didnt but when you ask i feel bad ( my fault). The front desk then says there's charge to do that. Not before. No sign located anywhere to warn you about cash vs card tips. Ive never had that happen before I wouldn't recommend this unless you enjoy not being listened to read more
