I've been a regular customer at Brow Envy for awhile now, I loved my experience with the owner & Melissa, but after today I am officially lost as a customer. Brow Envy takes both walk ins & appointments, which is great, but if you're going to accept walk ins have two people on at a time, one that can take the walk ins and one that can take care of the appointments. There shouldn't only be one person on for 4 hours. I walked in today at 12pm & had to wait over an hour for customers who had appointments & other walk ins to be put ahead of me. No one told me a wait time at all, so I sat their patiently but ultimately had to leave without getting my eyebrows done. What a waste of time & no one even apologized for the excessive wait. Found this place through Groupon and I loved it! I'm quite picky when it comes to getting my eyebrows done so I was a bit nervous but the beauty technician (forgot her name) listened to what I asked for and was extremely kind! This place used to be good when Dani and the girl with tattoos were there. I tried giving the new girl a chance (I believe she is the owners daughter) and she made my brows totally uneven, literally cut the end of one of my brows leaving me with one short brow. I've never seen a tech do such a thing. I will not be coming back here as it seems as if the new staff was rushed in and not properly trained. Soooo good! Was lucky to find the place through Yelp. Quickly stopped by and they took me immediately. My eyebroes were done by Brittany who is a true perfectionist! She took her time, unlike what im used to, to closely scan my eye brows for missed hairs and imperfections. The work was so much more important than her pride that even called another Eyebrow artist to get a section she knew she wasn't good at on deep brows like my own. I'll start by saying LOOK NO FURTHER. This is literally the absolute best eyebrow place you will ever find. I have been a loyal client for many years even before the opening of Brow Envy. All the ladies there are phenomenal. Truly a wonderful and heart warming team that makes you feel so welcome once you step foot into the salon. I have always had tiny, thin brows for as long as I could remember (thanks to my teenage years). I never thought I'd be able to grow them out without looking like a werewolf. Chelsea has is a brow goddess. She transformed my brows and I absolutely love them. I no longer have to fill them. Chelsea takes time and effort into her work and I truly appreciate her.. The shop owner came by my front office and left a few business cards a few weeks ago. I didn't think much about it because I have never had my eyebrows threaded before. I decided I would give it a try and stopped in to make an appointment. When I got there the beautician was threading someone's eyebrows and said she would be able to fit me in after her next appointment. I had to get back to work, so I made an appointment for later in the afternoon. When I showed up, there were a lot more people. Ladies were having different services. All seemed very pleased. At exactly my appointment time, Jennifer took me to her station and the transformation began. It hurt a bit, but after reading up about threading I imagined it would. This is another Brow place that I discovered via Yelp. Brow Boutique in Miramar used to be my go to place. Still love it as well, especially the divine Paris. However, I never seemed to make it there since the location was a tad inconvenient for me. Enter Brow Envy to save my brows! I have been there twice. Both time Chelsea did a fantastic job shaping my brows via threading. The first time Ruthie tinted my brows. This time Jennifer tinted my brows. My brows came out perfect both times. By the way, the first time I went, Ruthie at the front desk recognized me from Anarkali, another threading salon I used to frequent. I then found out that the owner of Brow Envy used to work there. I was slightly concerned as I had a bad threading experience at Anarkali and stopped going there. No need to worry though! All the technicians at Brow Envy are lovely and I have only seen ladies leave with perfect eyebrows. Brow envy offers other services as well such as waxing, facials, and makeup. Brow Envy is also conveniently open seven days a week. They take appointments but I usually do not have to wait when I walk in. read more

Second time coming...the waiting area is full of people waiting to get a service done and the girls who work here are in the back giggling, talking loudly and taking their sweet time. Brown Envy has been my go-to place for almost 2 years. But after today, never again. I've had really great threaders here (usually the younger ones) who are nice and take their time with your face. However, today I walked in l, while others still sat waiting-Salema was free and ready to take me. When I got in the chair she was very aggressive and rushed through everything. She seemed like she was only there to rip off your face and get paid. I've had her before but both experiences were not the best I felt like she took way too much hair from my brows. But today was a huge f*ckin HELL NO. Being annoyed I left in a rush, by the time I got to my car, my face was bleeding in the parts that she just ripped right through. I then realize why the customers were waiting for a different threader. I definitely won't be coming back! read more

Run from this place.... Receptionist is extremely rude and gives a bad rep to the company... just because of her I would never come here again. When I told the manager Sherri about the horrible situations I have had with this lady, she brushed it off and said "I get these complaints about her all the time" wow what a great way to run a Business... they lost all their good technicians as well. Wait time is horrendous. They say they accept walk ins but be prepared to wait over an hour for bad service and rude attitudes. Also be prepared to walk out with THIN brows. read more
