I called asking for a walk-in appointment (thankful they took me in) and asked for manga style lashes. They didn't know what it was (most popular lash style these days) but I just decided to try anyways since it was local. So I walk in, pick my lash style, and lay down on the bed. First of all, they don't wear any standard clothes, the lash tech was wearing see-through loungewear. The places I go to usually wear scrubs or something clean. I lay down on the bed, no casual conversation, just seemed like she wanted to finish quickly. The lady proceeds to put the eye mask to tape down my lower lashes, but she did it too close to my eye and now I've had an irritated right eye for 2 days. The worst part of this was hygiene. Even while wearing a mask, her bad breath was seeping through it. If you're gonna be that close to someone's face for a period of time, you have to have good breath. But no, this lady was breathing out her hot stinky breath onto my face and I got pink eye. Maybe I should've told her to brush her teeth or chew gum but I didn't want to be rude. Another mention, the lady was actively burping in my face, and for her loud burps she would move her body a little but still burped extremely inappropriately. I felt like a fish out of water trying to breath every time she moved away. I heard some cutting sounds and tugging at my natural lashes, and couldn't help but fear that she was cutting my natural lashes. I asked her, "what is that cutting sound" but she denied and said if needed, she only cuts one or two lashes. I heard the cutting sound at least 7 times. All being said, I will never come back here. Hygiene and service are both terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here unless you want to get pink irritated eyes and lashes that don't last. It's been two days and they're already falling apart.

However, they totally messed up my lashes. Throughout the service I noticed my lash tech was multitasking and busy. So she left half way and was texting people while my eyes were closed. I didn't get a lash bath or proper sanitation done. Still, they turned out looking good for those first couple of hours. I actually really loved how they looked. The very same night they did my lashes, I woke up around 1am feeling like I had a contact lens stuck. I had a massive red spot on the whites of my eyes. It's a chemical burn or a subconjunctival hemorrhage. Literally looked so scary and the next day my eyes had discharge and were so dry. I communicated this with their team and everything seemed cordial at first. They offered removal and full refund. They had me come in at 7pm, and waited until they finished with another client while I was in the lobby waiting on my phone. We started around 7:15pm. Another lash tech did my removal WITH NO LASH BATH. This other lash tech basically tried to gaslight me. She said it was completely normal for this to happen. She also said it was probably due to me "touching my eyes" so the redness was normal. And then she also said it could be that my lashes are straight and that's why it itched. I've gotten lashes before. I've done volume, natural, hybrid, etc. Never a problem. Be so for real.. my eyes were watering and twitching like crazy. The other lash tech let me know that she "has a bunch of friends who are nurses and this is normal." Ok well, guess what? I'm literally in nursing school. I even went to the ER earlier that day and I was prescribed lubricant eyedrops. You caused me a chemical burn with your cheap glue and lack of sanitation! They kept pulsating so much she had to hold down my eyelids with the gel remover. At the end, she couldn't even get half of the lashes off and USED A MAKEUP WIPE. After peeling off the pads, she goes to literally pluck my natural lashes out. At the end of the removal I had to go into the bathroom and wash off my eyes. Massive flakes of hard glue still on my lashes that they pulled and cut out. I got my refund, but now my eyes are still messed up and half of my lashes are gone. Pay cheap and expect cheap service and them to gaslight you!
