Don't come here unless you want to pay $95 to ruin your lashes. I got a lash lift and tint by sarah arroyo. The picture is what i left with, i had sticky black residue all over my lash line, the residue was clumping my lashes together and can't be removed without pulling my natural lash out. Sent them an email for a refund and they never responded. Disappointed at the quality but also the customer service! I recommend going anywhere else but here. read more

I went to Brittney for an eyebrow lamination, shaping, and tint. I was nervous because that was my first time getting a lamination and tint. Brittney was AMAZING. I had my appointment with Taylor at Cera for lamination and tinting, both of which I was trying for the first time. Taylor was prepared when I arrived, and the location was clean, airy, and very comfortable. Taylor guided me through the process, which took around 30 to 40 minutes. I felt so relaxed that I could have easily fallen asleep. My brows look amazing, and while I enjoyed the tint, I may not do it again simply because I don't feel it's necessary. Nonetheless, I'm thrilled with my experience and have already booked another appointment for May. read more

My brows are also the most symmetrical they've ever been, which is an issue I've had in the past at other salons. I am a male client who requested eyebrow shaping, cleaning, and tinting, and Rachel is one of the best in the game! I lucked out getting her when I made my reservation, and she was very gentle, mindful, and not aggressive at all for the entirety of the service. I've gone to a few other spots and I've been looking for a permanent and local spot that I can continue to return to for my eyebrows. It's a bit tough to find good ones for men. The combination of the ultra comfy loungers that I nearly fell asleep on, to the attention to detail that Rachel provided, was second to none. I found Sarah L here on yelp. I am visiting from Oklahoma. I haven't had my eyebrows done in almost 2 years. One because I have bangs haha and second because the last time I had someone shape them they thinned them and I was traumatized. This brow bar is so cute and so relaxing. They were so kind and sweet. Sarah L explained everything she was doing before starting. She sanitized everything before letting me take a seat. You can tell they really love what they do. She did such an amazing job. My eyebrows have never looked this good! I will definitely be coming back each month when I'm in town. She was very personable. It was like a little therapy session haha. I got tired of getting lashes extensions and/or wearing false lashes...so a friend of mine suggested that I should get a lash lift. I've never heard of it before but i was interested of the idea. I finally made an appointment and boy, was I glad I did. The place was clean, bright and spacious. The staffs welcomed me upon my arrival. They were very nice and friendly. I made an appointment with Sara Pumphrey. She's very sweet and professional and knows what shes doing. She walked me through as she goes along with the process. She also does eyebrows above many other things. It takes about 30-40 minutes for the lash lift but it didn't even feel that long. Lash lift last about 4-6wks before getting it redone. I was very happy and satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this place. And don't to Ask for Sara Pumphrey. Shes just the best! read more

I had to come here to let it be known that I didn't think my eyebrows could possibly have real structure or shape but one session with Sarah Pumphrey and I was proven wrong. I wish I had a before picture so I apologize for posting only half of the miracle here but ultimately my eyebrows have always been uneven at the arch area and even when I fill them out I can't get them to be even at the inner starting area of my brows. I could not recommend a better place in OC for all your brow services!! I've been going to Sarah P. for over a year now. She is the best and I wouldn't trust my eyebrows with anyone else. I have naturally uneven eyebrows since my face isn't very symmetrical. She can actually make them look even! I've tried others in the past and always looked like I had one arched brow. But Sarah is so good at what she does...I don't have that issue anymore! Updating to say that years later, i drive from LA to see Sarah Larson and, let me tell you, she is worth the trip! Sarah does the best shaping in SoCal and she shows you the best way to fill in your brows when you don't have her there. Another bonus, when she does my brows, somehow it barley hurts! When I started working in Newport Beach, I wanted to find a place that I could get my brows done during my lunch break. Thankfully Cera is literally two minutes away from the office. I have been going with Sarah P for over a year now and honestly she never disappoints. My brows look so good and I am so happy. The salon is also super cute and super clean. Sarah P. Is my girl! When Sarah started doing my brows they were two different shapes and she has helped me over the last year dramatically with getting them symmetrical again.
