Payal did the most amazing job. I have the most uneven eyebrows since I was a child due to being burned by wax! The lady not only burned my skin but took half my brows with it. It has been over 15 years and they have never grown back. I found that even though the other side grows back full, that making matching the shape of the thinner brow and thinning out the thicker one makes my life easier and does look good at well. I have been to a lot of places where they simply do not listen. They deny what I want because they feel like it's not exactly the style. That it's better for me to draw my other brow on to match my thick side. It's always horrible when a service provider doesn't want to what you requested because it's not matching the current trends. It's wasn't till I came here and meet Payal. She was so sweet. She listened, handed me a mirror and did little by little with constant checks in with me for if I was happy. It was a wonderful experience. I felt heard and respected. At the end of the experience, I left soo happy! I quickly filled it the brow and it was exactly what I wanted! Beautiful matching brows! I liked this place a lot especially because it's 5 minutes away from my job and my house. on my break I like to take the time to go and get my eyebrows done. I like the lady who is on chair 4, I'm sorry I don't know her name. She always takes her time and is very gentle. I'm not sure what their names are but the worker who is on chair 1 & chair 3 do my eyebrows very aggressively & very rushed even tho there's no one waiting. I just went on Wednesday 7/8 & the lady on chair 3 did my eyebrows very rushed, my eyelids hurt a lot after & they burned. I'm not sure what their problem is but it is not ok. She was very rushed even tho I was the only one there. I wish they could be more gentle & less aggressive. As sad as it makes me I'll stop coming here. read more

You can definitely go there, but you should really stay away from the employees who wear glasses. Because every time they do my eyebrows, they make them bleed and it hurts me a lot. Especially avoid the one who wears glasses. And every time she makes my eyebrows, she makes one very thin and the other very thick. read more

Usually my eyebrow area is very sensitive and i end up in a lot of pain during threading. However i didn't experience that at this place , the lady who did my eyebrows was very patient and made sure not to be too harsh, but she still worked pretty quickly and gave me a great shape . price is also good, I will definitely come back here everytime. read more

This place did a great hood with my overly sensitive skin. Almost every time I go get my eyebrows done my eyes start watering, the best thing about this salon was how quickly they are able to shape your eyebrows that the pain was over so quickly. Super rude. They changed closing time to 6:45p or at least that's what they said. I think they just wanted to make sure they left by 7p. I always say, treat your customers happy, if you want them to keep going back. Today, again, they showed me that leaving on time is more important than their customers. The facility is clean and the people are nice but there is some inconsistency. The first time I came here they did a great job. The second time the threader left a lot of hair and I had a lot of skin irritation and even developed an infection which has not ever happened in all the 20+ years I've had threading done. They need to ensure all their workers are trained and hygienic in their approach. I do not plan to return and would not recommend them. read more

Twinkle still reigns as Queen in my eyes when it comes to eyebrow threading. Not only does she perfect the shape when she cleans up my brows, the additional details I appreciate about her technique also is that she'll trim my brows with her small scissors to ensure they look amazing, and use a tweezer to adjust the shape as needed. She's the only brow technician who has continuously done this for me. Twinkle is a quiet, lovely soul. I will have to continue to make the drive out to see her despite closer places by me. She truly has a magical way and a great eye in shaping brows with her threading. Her station and the store itself is always clean and welcoming. Horrible service . Went in to get my eyebrows threaded and this lady threaded almost my entire eyebrows off . Never asked what I wanted just proceeded to do her own thing. Made them so thin and I have naturally thick eyebrows . She spoke not one work throughout the 2 minutes she took to thread my entire eyebrows off. This was the first place I have been to in the area, and I saw a lot of good reviews for Twinkle. The price is great and she does an excellent job. She really listens to you and can sense what you want. I just wanted a natural clean up, no change in shape, and she definitely delivered. She is kind, professional, and knows what she's doing. I used to get my brows done by Twinkle at Nanu, so I had to come here to get my brows done by her before my wedding! I knew she's done a good job previously on my brows, so I felt the most comfortable going to her to treat myself. But hohoho, I got a little surprise myself. I signed in, selected Twinkle, and the gal who I thought was Twinkle saw me choose the name and asked me to go to chair 2 and another gal (Payal) came out. I was confused because I thought that the first girl was Twinkle, but this other girl came out, so I asked her if she was Twinkle and she said yes! *well gee, I thought I knew how Twinkle looked like, I guess it's been a while* this gal didn't even ask me what I wanted and just went straight to work. When I went to pay, I asked again if she's Twinkle or the other girl was Twinkle, and she points at the actual Twinkle... So...what?? I got bamboozled?! The f*?? Why did she say yes when I asked her if she was Twinkle? Why even offer customers to choose someone if they get whoever is just available? I'm just a little frustrated because I don't get my brows done by others often, and I specifically came here because I wanted Twinkle to do my brows before my wedding. Edited to add: I went again almost a year later for my anniversary, and unfortunately, Twinkle wasn't there. Payal was the only one open--again, chair 2. Honestly, not sure how she has such good reviews. She was done (not even exaggerating) in 3 min. I felt so rushed, and it was a sloppy job done. Didn't even lay the chair down to a resting position. Brows uneven. Stray hairs left behind for me to tweeze at home. Welts left on my face.
