Aesthetic was great and employees were nice, but I paid almost $90 for a 12 minute shaping and tint appointment, and was left with a few hairs plucked, no wax used, and tint left on my skin. I appreciated how the aesthetician did check to make sure the tint was what I wanted and went darker when I asked. I was so excited to treat myself and get my eyebrows done, but once I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was so sad. read more

Beware: I booked an appointment for lash tinting for my daughter. They attempted to charge me an additional $40 for a "consultation fee" regarding the eyebrow and lash tint. I explained that I had not booked a consultation and that we had already specified what we wanted. The front desk associate insisted that all new clients must receive a consultation. I asked her to show me where this policy was stated on their website, but she couldn't. As a result, she waived the $40 charge. Lash tint went well this is why I'm giving a 3-star. Front desk needs work /appointment set up. read more

I was late to the eyebrow tint and lamination game.. but better late than never! I am obsessed and not sure I can ever go back. To wake up beautiful and refined was amazing. Just tinted moisturizer and concealer and I was out the door. I also got a full set of lashes. They were full, soft and fluffy. Lashes too heavy and for my small eyes can make me look older. I have gotten my lashes done for over a decade and this was the best set I have ever gotten. The retension I had was insane! They still looked really good after 3 weeks and I went to Hawaii, still lasted from the humidity and all the water activities. Definitely going to be back! read more

The vibes inside the salon are amazing and everyone was so friendly! Edit: I took care of my lashes (I've gotten extensions before and had them last for almost 2 months) and they've been deteriorating SO fast. My left eye is noticeably fuller than the left now. I also should mention that my eyes got so irritated after going to this salon that I had to go to the doctor the day after and get prescribed steroids along with a steroid injection for my eyes to stop painfully flaring up (doctor confirmed that it was not an allergic reaction). I put my name on the waitlist and she told me she would text me. I asked if she new how long and she said nope. I waited 30 minutes and asked the front desk how much long and they told me she went on lunch... this was at 3:15 when the event ended at 4. Just not sure when I asked for an approximate wait time, why she wouldn't have told me she was going on lunch... or that they weren't accepting customers anymore.
