New lash techs routinely got glue in my eyes almost every visit. My eyes were bloodshot for a week afterward. I had a confirmed appointment for this past Sunday for 10:30 am. I drove 64 miles, over an hour away. My lash tech was a "no show". No phone call, text message, email to give me a heads up I would need to reschedule.
