I otherwise had a great experience, I like the fullness and the individual strokes in my eyebrows. My issue is how asymmetrical they are in the center. I love the right one (on the left in the photo) but the other does not match at all. Lea was kind and offered a free touch up as needed at no charge, but I am now researching how to fade my left eyebrow at this point.

As of lately, it is very clear the priorities, customer service, and professionalism of the entire business has fell through the roof. I became sick of being upsold, filmed during services, and overall just another number on their calendar. My last straw was coming in for my scheduled appointment and both girls were on their phone. They informed me they are editing an instagram post and that it will only be another minute until they are be able to do my brows. I had not been acknowledged for 15 minutes, so I got up and left because I was going to be late for work. As the only client in the room, not being acknowledged for 15 minutes when there are two people capable of doing my brows sitting on their phones, was honestly so baffling to me. They texted me weeks later with an AI generated apology. As a business who claims to have "top-notch service...and professional atmosphere" (as per their website) this was very classless and ingenuine. Susan even went out of her way to remove me as a follower on her instagram As unfortunate as this is, these few experiences (out of the many) gave me reassurance that my time and money should not be invested into a businesses who doesn't prioritize or value their customers.
