I know I have written a review before... but since I go every 2 weeks to get lash extensions, it's been over a year and I felt it was A MUST to post another review. Katlyn just gets better and better... IF THATS POSSIBLE The lashesI decided to change the color (got lighter) and the length (a little longer) is beyond AMAZING!!!! Now I found out (something I sooo need), my eyebrows tinted. They will be starting that on my next appointment! I AM SOOOO EXCITED as my eyebrows are soo blond. In case it's not apparent, I am very fair skinned, real natural blond hair and the lashes and now eyebrows will enhance my face 200%. I will look ALIVE, AMAZING AND SEEN!!!! I booked the special online for a lash lift and tint as it was my first time to the salon. They had good reviews so I figured why not! Unfortunately, it was NOT specified that the lash/tint special is only with trainees. I don't know about you, but not many girls would take the chance on a trainee with their lashes. So my first complaint-- if you're going to offer a special put a big bold letters that it's with a trainee who's still learning!!!! I attached a photo of what it looks like when I booked the special. This simple appointment which was supposed to be a beautiful lash lift and lash tint-resulted in over processing my lashes making them botched and leading to lash loss. This over processing lead to my second appointment which was now with Errin, the owner. She was now attempting to fix them by relaxing them since they were improperly curled with the wrong rod, and "going crazy directions", as stated by Errin, who claims herself to be a master of her trade. After my appt with Errin, they were indeed relaxed, but unfortunately, the over processing from the trainee was already taking a hold of my lashes. Pics I attached- as you can see I've lost a lot of lashes on my left side. Overall loss of volume and density. I have raised this issue to Errin, but she has continued to tell me there's "no lash loss". Which we all know that's a lie. Sadly, Errin has taken zero accountability that her trainee caused and continued to remain on the defense. In reality, all a client in my situation wants is some acknowledgment of the botched job and a resolution. Considering how this simple lash lift went so horribly wrong, I kindly asked her if she could issue me a refund since her service did not deliver what it was supposed to. I explained how I would like to go buy a lash serum now due to the damage this service caused. As a business owner and a consumer, we all know customer service is everything! Unfortunately in this situation, Errin believes she's delivered the best service she can, and denied me a refund. She proceeded to throw it in my face that I signed a consent, instead of using her best judgement as a business owner and acknowledging that this situation was something that went wrong because of untrained employees working on clients! But of course the easy way out of accountability is saying I signed a consent. Let's be honest, I don't need your refund. I just would have appreciated it considering your salon ruined the integrity of my lashes. I'll attach pictures to show before and after pics, all in the last two weeks. WOW! I just got a full set volume lash done and i am absolutely in love! I have never gotten my lashes done and I was nervous that it would be too much, but Katelin did an AMAZING job!
