I had a not so great facial experience at another salon a few weeks before seeing her. Nothing horrible, but the esthetician definitely seemed inexperienced and was wearing gloves the entire time. I felt like I was at a doctors appointment. Not relaxing at all. And somehow my skin actually felt drier afterward. I went in specifically to help the dryness on my face and it felt like a complete waste of my time and money. Seeing Marci was the complete opposite experience. I actually called her after my disappointing appointment elsewhere, and she spent so much time on the phone answering all my questions. It was immediately obvious she has decades of experience and really knows what she's doing. She's also absolutely beautiful, has such a warm personality, and is genuinely fun to talk to. I also did the pressotherapy massage on my legs with her, to help with contouring/skin sagging and that was absolutely amazing as well. It felt so relaxing and the 30 minute treatment is equivalent to the same amount of circulation as walking 9 miles, which is so cool! The facial itself was SO relaxing I almost fell asleep a few times. The whole space felt so cozy and comfortable, and she made me feel completely at ease. Most importantly, she knew exactly how to treat the dryness and dehydration in my skin. I left glowing, and even today my skin still looks unbelievably fresh and radiant. I'm usually uncomfortable leaving the house without makeup, but my skin looked so good this morning that I didn't even feel like I needed any. When I dropped my daughter off at school this morning, her teacher actually stopped me and asked if I had done something different because I looked amazing.
