Want an honest review? Ok here goes Let's set the scene shall we? It's a random Thursday at 2pm the place is completely empty. I'm super excited because I know it'll be quick. Well I see the lady back there eating.. she sees me and CONTINUES to eat! A few moments later she says 'you need to sign in and wait, I'm on my lunch break right now'... my mouth drops because I too was on my lunch break trying to get service. Desperate because my birthday is coming up and I want to look cute. So... I waited..angrily ofcourse! About 15 minutes later she finally started on my brows. Annnnnd she did an amazing job! So will I come again? Yup!! You just gotta know what to expect, bad customer service, no ambience no glitz or glam. Just amazing brows! We can't have it all huh? I wish I could give 0 stars. The girl who did my brows smelled so foul I almost gagged. Not only that, but she also messed up my brows so horribly that I had to ask the so called "manager" to at least even them out. She thinned one brow and then didn't clean up the other one at all. When I told them I wasn't happy the manager said sorry in the most careless way and refused to compensate me. She wasn't even upset that her employee didn't do her job and then bragged to me that I had to come back anyway because they're the only threading studio in the Tri-Cities. Only giving this establishment a star cause there is a lady there I absolutely LOVE and always does a great job with my brows. Unfortunately I haven't seen her working much as of late so I stopped going. I've frequented this place since I moved to the Tri Cities in 2019 going every 3 weeks. After 3 months of growing out my brows, I finally decided to go today and I won't be supporting this business anymore. Went on my lunch break and waited about 20 mins which isn't a problem. But as soon as I walked up to the chair, I asked the lady if she had time for a brow tint cause it is on their menu and she literally snapped at me saying... "You can't see the menu?! It says threading only! We don't do tints." I was honestly taken back. I explained to her I didn't see the small signage behind the desk and sat down. She began to repeat herself saying yet again I couldn't read the sign and I just ended up leaving before getting any service done letting her know she didn't have to be rude. This encounter made me feel so uncomfortable as a patron. To the lady who worked today... don't work in a customer service job if you don't know how to talk to customers. You also were rude to every customer before me and I hope you take a job elsewhere where you don't have to interact with people. Never going here again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else unless you have your go to person and know they'll do a good job. read more

Worst threading I have ever received. I never write reviews but this was bad. I had my eyebrows done. She missed a big chunk of hair on one eye lid. Made the other eyebrow squiggly across the top which I have never experienced before and made them WAY WAY too thin. Very disappointing. Hopefully they'll grow back okay. At least I have bangs to help hide it lol. Def won't be back. I always get my eyebrows threaded and the place I normally go to has been amazing so my experience here was quite a shock. read more

Good quality threading. The staff know what they're doing. The salon is clean and decorated with taste. It was 12 dollars for eyebrows and they take debit/visa. About time we have threading in the TriCities! read more

This place looks nice but the older lady that works there did not do a first time customer consultation, she basically did what she wanted without asking how I wanted my eyebrows done, she took way too much off. She looked like we should be grateful to be there, the younger lady seemed nicer, better customer service, at least she smiled, the older one looked almost intimidating, angry, they weren't busy either so is not like she was overwhelmed with customers. Ive given this place multiple chances but the customer service has driven me away. I would walk in and say Hi just to get a "look" and instead of telling me to hold my eyebrow for threading, I'd get poked repeatedly on the forehead! Who does that?? Maybe I'll return if they get it together but for now I'm searching elsewhere. read more

My experiance at Brow Studio 7 was great.i went in without an appointment and the wait time was about 5,6 minutes..i let my threader know that i wanted her to clean up my brows but maintain the natural thickness.She listened carefully and took off just enough,providing my brows with a shapely arch..i will be back for sure. read more

I keep having trouble with her keeping the corner or angle of my right eyebrow . I'm a regular,but she keeps messing it up. Next time I'll just draw it before and see if that works. When I ask her or mention that she didn't leave the corner she gets upset. Sorry but I'm picky with my eyebrows and I'm paying for your service and I ask politely to leave that. Got my eyelash extensions here. They were horrible. They started coming off a few hours after leaving and they just looked horrible.

The place was clean and nicely decorated, the lady who helped me was friendly enough but I can't say I was as pleased with the services rendered. I went in for the eyebrow and upper lip threading and left with three small cuts on my lip and hair still left on my lip and eyebrows. I wouldn't mind so much if there were just a couple of hairs left but there's really a significant amount left and for an $18 service plus the tip I would have expected a lot more. This is also one of the most expensive threading salons I've been to. I can't say I recommend it. read more

I usually go in here to get my eyebrows threaded, usually they're very nice & do a nice job. Today I had went in to get my eyebrows threaded once again, and the older woman who did them she has done them in the past and done an OK job, but today she did mine so bad. She was really aggressive and rude also. She took about 5 minutes and usually it takes about 10 - 15 minutes. read more

This place is awful! Lashes fell completely off within 48 hours. when I called I was told refunds weren't possible,but I'm more than welcome to come in for a new set! What a joke. Also I didn't see any license of any kind in the whole place. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real lash specialist. read more

I went in for the 3rd time today. Being that I have had great experiences the other two times, I did not think this time would be any different. I took my sisters and my nieces with me. They waited as I went first before my older sister. As I was being threaded, the woman asks, "Is that your daughter?" Referring to my older sister. Mind you: tops, I look 29. My sister looks 26. I'm 26. And she is 29. But come on! I'm clearly not old enough to be a mother to a near 30 year old! Then as my sister is getting her eye brows done, I comment that my experience hurt. Just a little bit. This woman asks me, "Is this your first time?" I replied no and she instantly comes back, "That's strange, it's probably because you weigh a lot." I was appalled. The woman was bigger than I am! I grabbed both my sisters and left. I had already paid and left a tip, prior to their comments...otherwise they would have each received no gratuity. Probably not going to make my way back there. Such a shame because they also made my sister feel insecure by saying that she should get more threading done because she has "a lot of greenery."
