Making an appointment was very easy but when I went in for a full set I had about 75% loss within the first 4 days. By the end of the 7th day I had about 2 fans left attached. I read reviews and booked with a specific lash person because of them. When I arrived, I was assigned to someone else entirely without explanation. It felt like bait and switch, but it could have been innocent. It would have been nice to have an apology or an explanation of the discrepancy. I didn't say anything, as I didn't want to upset the person who was about to be up close and personal with my face. The tech I had was actually quite nice, but most of my lashes fell off in the following couple days. She also didn't match the current lashes I had at all, despite that being my request. I ended up with much longer and fuller lashes that didn't look natural at all. I was honestly happy they fell out so soon, since they looked so over the top. Fast forward to ppl asking about my lashes afterward, and multiple people telling me this business is notorious for using sub-par glue that they know doesn't last. I guess this is a known thing locally? I was even told the techs are instructed by the owners to say say they must have got a bad batch of glue and to lie to clients. They say first impressions are everything. Unfortunately, I barely got a chance for a first impression. I'm fairly new to the area and have been looking for a good place to get my eyebrows waxed at. I stumbled upon this place and was impressed with their work in the pictures they posted. Anyway, I booked an appointment online 2 or 3 days beforehand. Mind you, I am a brand new client and have never been seen before. I get a text from the person who is supposed to do the service TEN MINUTES before our scheduled appointment. I received that text RIGHT as I pulled up in front of the salon. My appointment was booked for 6 pm and I arrived early because I wanted to make sure I found the place as I'm not familiar. She asks if I can move my appointment to 8 pm.... Why 2 hours later and so late at night? I ended up just backing out of the parking spot and leaving because I was mad. Also, she was texting me during the time of the appointment. So... you can be on your phone, text that long message, but can't wax my eyebrows real quick? When I booked online, her 6 and 7 pm slots were open and available for booking. I live in a town 30 minutes away, so it's really not convenient to just drive back and forth. She tried to make it up to me, but I was just not impressed. I've never been seen before... what the heck is lamination anyway? What if I was not a candidate for lamination? What if I already had lamination done? I'm sorry, but the last minute rescheduling, the "well I'm sorry" and the "obviously" is not good customer service. I understand rescheduling, but a little more notice than 10 minutes would've been nice and the texting during the appointment I was supposed to have, is not a good look. She referred me to another woman in the salon or lash extensions again, instead of refunding my money, which was paid in cash, because they said their POS Point Of Sale wasn't working at the time. After she read my review on Google she reached out to me to refund my money, in exchangefor removing my review. My refund never showed up. I always love coming here! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Ive had my lashes done by several of staff and they look amazing. I've had my brows and upper lip waxed here and loved it. But recently, I had a Brazilian wax done by Blanca. I was very nervous and worried about it hurting but Blanca was so professional and explained everything that she was doing. The biggest bonus? As a customer to get lashes its not too bad, as a stylist who buys product there to do lashes, low on the spectrum. They never have anything in stock. I would recommend ordering online in advance through Barboleta. Flash Your style offers training to learn different skills which isn't bad but don't get use to their products because you will constantly get irritated at them for not being in stock which is bad for your business send theirs. read more

I was very unsatisfied with their customer service! Being their for the first time, I purchased some clothing. I tried on most items except two. Nowhere did I see a sign or was told at checkout about their "So called No Return Policy." Had I known that, I would have tried on the other two items. When I went to return both items, tag on, sales receipt in hand, I was told I could exchange them by one of the workers. Perfect!! Not a problem. However, one of the owners corrected her staff member in front of everyone and told her, "We do NOT exchange items either." The owner then said, "We have a sign somewhere!" After pillaging through her shelves, she showed me the sign that was so small I would had never seen it. Very poor customer service!!!! read more
