I would hope for the price they would be done better and last me 4 weeks before needing to be done again. I've had other pedicures last me 4 weeks zero lift or chips. Unfortunately won't be

So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. Needless to say, the service went downhill from there and I was back only 6 days after having gotten my new dipped nails (on much shorter nails due to aforementioned damage) because they were chipped and cracked. I did get a refund but after I removed the product myself by slowly soaking them off (I didn't want them to do anything else with my nails), noticed damage on my nail bed as well. Save your money and your nails, go somewhere else.

Let me just start off by saying, I truly would not recommend this place to somebody who is getting…read moretheir first tattoo and i am saddened to have to leave this kind of review. I went in on October 6th, 2022 for what was originally supposed to be a quote on finishing my hand piece. There was an obvious miscommunication because he (Levi, the intern) came out with a stencil after chatting for a bit about what i wanted. The miscommunication was my fault, i should've been more clear but i figured since i was there and he made the stencil already i was just going to go forward with it. I should add, nobody told me he was an intern nor were the other people there supervising what he was doing. I would've gladly allowed him to tattoo me if he had some guidance from another artist. First red flag, when he came out with the stencils i asked for them to be smaller sparkles. His reply after a long pause was "i can make it a little smaller but i don't want to make them any smaller since they'll be on your finger." I was already having really high anxiety about getting my finger tatted because of how much more painful it'd be and he was NOT making it any better with how he was talking to me and not being accommodating to what i wanted to be tatted on my body. i truly should have left after that but i thought i was reading the situation wrong so again, i continued. Second red flag, when he was showing me the stencils i asked how much it would be for the three sparkles and his response was "i don't know." He sounded really uncertain and confused about a lot of things throughout this whole session. He told me when i first entered the shop that the shop minimum was $100 which i was totally ok with, I just wanted confirmation so there was no confusion. I asked him a few times and his response was always "i don't know" until he finally made up his mind and decided to just price them at $100. Like i said, it was fine. Third red flag, when i explained to him i was having high anxiety about my finger being tatted and i didn't want to lay down (they have beds, not chairs for the clients.) i asked if i can stand while he placed the stencils, he gave me an uncomfortable reaction and said "..ok". All pervious artists have been very accommodating about this, by the way. i felt very anxious so we both decided the finger wouldn't be a good idea, so we stuck to my hand. Fourth red flag, when we were going to start he had the tattoo machine VERY loud. Even i knew that wasn't normal. One of the other artists from the back instructed him to the correct rhythm. sirens were going OFF in my head because i knew then that he definitely wasn't an experienced artist. Fifth red flag, he spent 40ish minutes on THREE sparkles. He wasn't lubricating my tattoo often enough so it felt horrible. He had an EXTREMELY heavy hand. He went over the same sparkles more than 10 times. The pain was unlike any of my other tattoos. I am fortunate enough to have had better experiences with other tattoo artists so i KNEW it wasn't right. He kept saying "almost done" and would keep going. My tattoos were so irritated for the next two days. The top three tattoos on my hand are from a different artist. They were done less than 24hrs before the bottom two that Levi did. The top ones healed within a week like normal (for my fine lined tattoos). The bottom ones are still trying to heal after two weeks. Not to mention they have bumps and inconsistent lines. It's shameful that the other artists in the building allowed him to tattoo without some kind of guidance. This review isn't so much on my tattoo because i know finer tattoos need touch ups, but it's on the artist.

Definitely do not recommend! They are sneaky and will charge your card more money behind your back after you leave their salon. On 12/02/21 at 10:34 am They originally charged me 40.00 for a full set with gel color, i didn't get anything fancy no designs, nothing other than upgraded polish. I gave a 10.00 tip and the receipt I have from them shows a charge for 50.00. I check my account the next day (12/03/21) and it shows a charge for 60.00 and that it had been adjusted BY THEM at 12:06 pm AFTER I HAD LEFT THEIR SALON. I went in to ask Tom and Cici about it and I got told it was my bank and not them . BUT THAT CLEARLY IS NOT THE CASE AS BANKS DO NOT HAVE ANY REASON TO ADJUST IT. I've called my bank and they assured me that Cicis nails as the merchant were the ones who adjusted it as it was originally charged at 10:34 am on 12/02/21 and it had been adjusted at 12:06 pm on 12/02/21. The only people benefiting from the adjustment is them! I know it's only a 10.00 difference BUT ITS THE PRINCIPLE. THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK. So be careful! These people are shady and will charge your card more money after you leave their salon! EDIT: they have officially corrected the amount that was originally swiped when I left their salon and it has now posted on my account. NOTICE IT DOESNT SAY ADJUSTED AMOUNT ANYMORE? It was only pending due to someone at Cicis nails trying to adjust the original amount for more money. Go ahead and look at the time stamps in the screenshots, it shows it all. Oh and due note that cici did say If it was fixed, I owed them an apology posted to their page, when in fact they were the ones trying to take extra money that didn't belong to them to begin with hoping no one would catch on to it! THIS WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO BEGIN WITH IF SOMEONE IN THEIR SALON HAD NOT CHANGED THE AMOUNT I AUTHORIZED MY CARD TO BE SWIPED FOR AND IF THEY WERE OPEN UPFRONT AND HONEST HARD WORKING INDIVIDUALS WITH MORALS AND VALUES. While I do appreciate them making it right, the fact that this happened to begin with just shows the kind of people they are and the kind of business they are running. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUISNESS ELSE WHERE, just to simply save yourself the grief of dealing with people like this. read more

I had a very friendly initial experience from scheduling. I did a shellac mani and a regular pedi. My manicurist made sure that I chose the correct type of polish I wanted (I had accidentally grabbed a sand kind) and I know she was thorough! My shellac is a little thick in technical application, but you know what? My nails look just as good as the day I left the salon! I am 1-week post the treatment, and even my toes (not shellac) are perfect! For two and a half years I have gone elsewhere... I will definitely come here again! read more

We waited 45 miinutes after our appointment time we were finally taken to the chairs. Okay thats fine people can get behind. I picked a pedicure that I think was 3rd from the top. It was supposed to have a 10 minute massage( I think I was trying to remember the exact time.) mine was 3 minutes. He set a timer to do the massage and then it ran for 3 minutes before he shut it off and got up and walked around. The lady insisted that the small flower HAD to be in get even though I requested multiple times to do not gel. I dont react to gel well and I dont like it. I tried to convey that to her even as she was forcing it on to my toes. Then they even charged me extra for the gel that I told her I didn't want. Fast forward to a few hours later. I look down as soon as I got home and half of the toe nail polish had come off. I was very dry and okayed to leave when I left. The cherry on the top is I go to get a pedicure a couple times a year to help combat ingrown toenails. I got a pedicure on Friday it is now Tuesday and I have an ingrown toenail. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You would think that paying $77 for a pedicure you would get a good one.
