Absolute worst place EVER! I go for a brow tinting and she asks me "what color?" Ummm you're the expert. I should have known then it would be a disaster. Ramesh is the absolute best for my brows. I have thick eyebrows and she shapes them so perfectly and evens them out.

So I would always go to Ramesh & she honestly is great at THREADING eyebrows. I started going here when it was $18 they have now put their prices up to $35! So I am a loyal customer. Although that is ridiculous for threading but sure, I take the blame because it is my fault for continuing to go in. The money wasn't my issue. My complain is one day she convinced me to do micro blading, I already have pretty thick eyebrows & the only thing that bothered me was a little gap I had on my left eyebrow which she said would be filled by the micro blading & that there was a special going on. The front desk lady said she had gotten her eyebrows micro bladed w Ramesh as well & they look beautiful, nice DARK, full, & you can see the hair strokes. So I made an appointment & was charged $550 & I did everything she said for aftercare. I didn't wet them for a week only slightly damped them & used the ointment she gave me when done. By the the third or fourth day the color started disappearing, meaning the strokes that were barely there started completely erasing & i can no longer see any strokes or even any color that was added. I mentioned my concerns to Ramesh & she advised me to wait two more weeks & I would go in for her to take a look at them. By the time I went in I had nothing. My eyebrows were completely back to normal & my gap was showing again when done. She said she would be able to do a fill for another charge. Which is crazy because I was never happy with the first service that was done because at the end of the day it wasn't done correctly if that was the case I would have some results which I don't. Even the lady in the front said she didn't see much color added or any strokes of hairs at all in my eyebrows when I asked her. I mentioned the micro blading & she thought I wanted to make an appointment to get them done that's how much she didn't see anything, she thought it was my first time. It's unfair they would make me pay again when like I said the work does not show. I did what she asked & came in a timely manner as well. You would think they want their customers to be happy with their results but I guess not. My friend had done her eyebrows elsewhere for cheaper too & never went in for a fill, two years later about to be three & her eyebrows look wonderful & natural. This is what I was expecting. I wouldn't even mind going in for a fill & paying again but a fill for WHAT when you can't see any work done to my eyebrows to begin with. It's so frustrating how they just dismiss what you say as well by saying everyone heals different. I understand that but if you can't see anything that means it should be done again for no charge because I already paid for the service. It wouldn't be a retouch it would be a redone & they wouldn't have to redo it if it was done correctly the first time. Just very unfair & sad because I really liked going here even if they are completely overpriced. They can keep the $550 because it was basically a gift from me because I'm left with nothing to show. Hope they can be more fair to their clients & really try to keep them satisfied in the future. So to end my review, pleeeeease, don't come here for micro blading! There's places that do their actual job & really make your micro-balding semi-permanent & give you GREAT customer service. There's even better places just on instagram. Okay so let's talk about brows. Brows have become extremely important over the past few years with the rise of "Fleek" and "Slay" as terms to describe on point brows. I have a brow lady that I'm faithful to back in Jersey that will leave her home to come do my brows, but she could never really get my brows on Fleek. They would be clean and nice, but I wanted an arch in my brows. I traveled almost 30 minutes to visit the brow studio after such great reviews. I was not disappointed at all - the place was clean and boutique style, very quiet. My brow tech told me why exactly people weren't able to create an arch in my brow prior to my first time visit at the studio. This woman not only gave my brows an arch that suited my face, but she was able to keep them thick. She can work wonders and give you the shape you want and fill in what you don't have.
