If you're obsessive about your eyebrows like I am, read this before booking. I spent 3 years growing out my eyebrows, maintaining by myself and trusted this salon after being referred by a friend. I booked brow shaping mapping, lamination, tint and threading, but they rushed through the service, even though I had called prior to see if there was availability and they never even mapped my brows before starting, after service and seeing my botched brows the main lady offered a complimentary brow mapping.. (I agreed, paid and left) I left with uneven eyebrows, one noticeably higher than the other, completely different shapes, and a chunk of hair missing. When I pointed it out, they tried to convince me they were even until I literally had to show them the difference myself. The lamination was also extremely weak and barely lasted a day. The worst part is that after I got home and expressed my concerns to my friends and family they all told me they were so bad, I should have never paid AND never went!! I contacted the business. They agreed to refund me. However, I followed up multiple times, waited days and was repeatedly told the refund would be processed, but it never was. Because they failed to honor the refund they promised, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Years of eyebrow growth gone, poor service, broken promises, and no accountability. Always the best place to get my eyebrows done! I always ask for Rosie. I've been coming here for years

I came here in search of a new brow artist. First off, this place is very confusing to find and the sign does not match the name of the business. Once you get inside, you sign in and it's pretty much a maze to get to the room. The receptionist looked at me like I was supposed to know where to go so I had to ask her to direct me. The room is kept clean and the estheticians are very friendly. Unfortunately, every time I would come, the brow artist I wanted was not there for whatever reason. The first time, my threading was pretty good, however, the second time was not the best. I have great attention to detail and very particular about my eyebrows so unfortunately I won't be returning due to the inconsistency. read more

I've been a customer for several years now and I'm disappointed that I have to update my review. I usually leave this brow studio feeling like a brand new person (in a good way)! My experience today has made me start looking for other threading studios. I went in for an eyebrow tint and mentioned that to the owner, who was on the phone the entire time I was there. She had a younger girl take care of me and this girl proceeded to start threading my eyebrows! I honestly didn't need threading, but figured it couldn't hurt to have my brows cleaned up a bit before the tint. I should have stopped her the second she put her hands on me. She took out way too much hair from my right eyebrow and clearly used the tint to try to balance the shape out. There was no point in arguing or complaining because my eyebrow hairs were already gone. The owner is typically the one who threads my eyebrows and I just wish she had gotten off the phone to do my eyebrows instead of having someone else (who may not be as experienced) touch them. read more

Absolute WORST threading /waxing I've ever had. It was so painful. The woman who saw me (younger of the two) asked what I wanted, I responded and she started to work on my brows. From the second she put the thread on my skin it was painful and I felt like my eyebrows were being ripped off and bleeding. Later I saw that I did have a scar and bruise above my eyes. It felt like she was bitter and purposely putting all her anger into ripping my eyebrow hair out. That's how bad the pain was. Disclaimer here, I am from a similar area of the world where I also get my eyebrows threaded and NO, I am not some sissy, weak person who is new to threading. My mother was a professional threader and I've had my eyebrows touched by BOTH novices and experts , all sorts of yanks pulls or pains and I NEVER had any pain like this. My pain threshold is very high. This was uncomfortably painful. And I just kept it in. The pain was too much to come back. And the result was mediocre. Not worth it for me to drive an hour for it. read more

YES YES AND MORE YES ! Hands down the absolute BEST spot to get your eyebrows done! I'm not a fan of threading and at this place they do both waxing and threading. Rosy is incredible i always go to her and she SLAYS my brows every single time . Even tho I'm not a fan of threading she still does it a little bit after she waxes them to get the shape going and i mean wow she really has never failed me not once. I used to cry after getting my eyebrows done by inexperienced people because my brows are so thick and i am very particular about them it sucks when people don't know what they're doing but all those worries are out the window now that I've found Rosy at Brow Wow Studio! I received an amateur brow service. The person who did my brows does not understand brow mapping and is not experienced. I request a shape that suits my normal brows and showed a picture of my perfectly groomed brows for reference before sitting in the chair. I was nervous after the first strip, as I could tell she took off way too much and was attempting to create a shape that did not align with my brow bone. She did not apply pressure in between strips to alleviate any discomfort and she was attempting to shape the brow in one fell swoop....huge mistake. After I told her she took too much off my brows, she insisted that I wait until she applied the tint. My horror intensified. The lines were way too harsh for a "natural" tint. I took a quick peek and also noticed that my brows are two different shapes and one is thinner than the other. I asked her to wipe the tint off immediately. While she attempted to explain, chalked it up to miscommunication, and offered the service for free, I paid for the wax and left. IG and the photos on this page are very misleading. I've come here on several occasions and have gotten my eyebrows threaded by Bhanu, Rosy, and Urja and they all do such a wonderful job. This is my go-to eyebrow place and I don't want to go anywhere else. I've only come as a walk-in and they are always able to see me in less than 10 minutes, even on the weekends in the middle of the day. read more
