I didn't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I walked into. It was like a mini DMV office with 2 rows of chairs, probably a total of 10. As soon as you walk in, there's a ticket dispenser to the left on the wall. There were 2 ladies working. The system calls out the next number when they're done with their current customers. If you weren't paying attention, your number is also displayed above the walk up window. There was a bit of a wait. I was 6 numbers away from being called and it was almost an hour. Once I was called up, it was a very simple process and the lady that I had was very nice. I was told that I would have to come back next week to pick it up. This is located right next to Bare Bones BBQ & Jerk.

I lost the title to my car and needed to get a new one. Found a form online, filled it out, got it notarized (mission) and brought it here to get it processed. The two young ladies in the office broke it to me they'd only need my ID - and none of the paperwork. Of course lol. They typed me into the system, immediately knew which car I had, and got the process started. They had the title for me in 3 days! They offered to send it to my house, or have me pick it up. Since it took a few extra days to have it mailed to the house, and I live so close I opted to pick it up. I got a call when it arrived, and all was well in the world again. They handed her papers to sign and made her believe it was only for the tag renewal. She had no idea her insurance agent had been switched until she later tried to update her car insurance. She told me that I needed an appointment and I did so. My mom and I showed up and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and Davina said the door would open at 5:15. Another client showed up and I told him the news. He also called and got the same answer. At about 5pm more people showed up. The door opened at 5:15 and Davina swiftly handled our request. I was helped by a lady called Davanna, she appeared to be very friendly and soft spoken, she explained to me the whole process, asked me for the documents I needed it for the transaction and gave me the fees. I ended up going the following Saturday, July 27th of 2024 since I was missing one document, she helped me choose a tag and assured me that the transfer and registration will take no longer than a week. To my surprise a week came by, and I was not contacted, I started calling the office and I realized that the number has been disconnected, when I finally got in touch with Davanna, she told me that the office was closed until further notice, and everything will be processed virtually. Another 2 weeks passed and not a word of my original documents or my money, I finally had to confront her and request my money and documents. Davanna agreed to meet me to give me the documents, I asked for my money which re replied it will have to be refunded a week later We met in person and I have told her that I needed a receipt where it says that I need it my money to be refunded and that I paid $355 originally which she provided it to me. Today is October 8th and this lady disappeared with my money and she doesn't answer my phone calls. I would have never imagined in my wildest dreams that something like this would happen to me in the US . How come I go to an office and pay for a service to be scammed like that? I request that whoever is behind this get in contact with me and return my money back. This is an absolutely disgrace that you will scam people like that posing as a legitimate business.

I showed the very pleasant clerk my license, she did her thing on the computer and I'm valid to drive for another year. Besides the mandatory fee from the state of Florida, there's also a service charge by the agency as well as for using a credit card.
