They handed her papers to sign and made her believe it was only for the tag renewal. She had no idea her insurance agent had been switched until she later tried to update her car insurance. Florida is full of incompetent people, and I'm guessing that most of the bad reviews are from those types, as in the annoying customer type. She told me that I needed an appointment and I did so. My mom and I showed up and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and Davina said the door would open at 5:15. Another client showed up and I told him the news. He also called and got the same answer. At about 5pm more people showed up. The door opened at 5:15 and Davina swiftly handled our request.
