Currently the boats are being maintained ok so things have improved from the beginning. Previously the boats were allowed to be taken at a later hour now you must return by 4ish in the fall and 5 in the spring. If you are not an earlier riser this membership isn't for you. You must have the enhanced membership to be able to take the jet skis out. My biggest annoyance with Jet ride is the fuel prices. Some dockhands are reasonable and others tax you. It really depends on who's checking you out I've paid anywhere from $25 to $60 and always go to the same exact place. This tells me some dock hands are overcharging. The customer service has always been good. My membership price was increased by 200% which I thought was annoying. They claimed I was operating under previous company's agreement and didn't honor it. I've taken boats out of Northlake, Stuart, and Jupiter. Best experience was Stuart however that dock is tight you must be an experienced boater to take out of that location. The easiest Jupiter.

People seem to complain a lot about the reservations being not available but if you go on the waitlist, you will get one most of the time. Whoever is complaining just didn't listen to the on-boarding instructions that well because with the advice they give, you truly do get the best boating experience whenever you want it. Then, shortly after I got a call from Kyle asking if I needed assistance. He was so professional, knowledgable and personable on the phone I decided to sign up for a lesson. I wasn't sure if it would be a waste of time(I mean, all you do is stand up and paddle, right?) It was as far from a waste of time as it could get. IT WAS AWESOME!!! Kyle and Jess were our instructors and I am now 10xs more confident than I was before. They also have a yoga class on Wednesdays that I'm stoked to try out.
