I really need to take a second to shout out this place because man, they have really good service . My cousin belongs to a boat club so there was 6 of us that went out on the water last Saturday. It's really a well oiled machine. They have running there . Extremely busy for a Saturday but everything went so smoothly and the customer service was outstanding. We arrived at 1pm and our boat was ready shortly after , we did not wait better long at all. The guy who got it ready for us cleaned it off, helped us on the boat, made sure there was everything we needed. He was so nice and welcoming. And he was the same person who also helped guide us in at the end of the day. This made me want to be apart of a boat club just with how well everything was handled especially on a busy Saturday. read more

Been a customer for years. Bryan takes care of his clients. Boats are in great condition. When they get wear and tear on them , they are replaced. Prices vary depending on the package you choose. Some relatives had a boat here for years. For years they were overcharged as the length of the boat was not measured correctly. Dry storage for the boat is rusty and dirty. Boat was often found covered in rust. Forklift scratches hulls. When this all was brought up to the manager lady on duty she was rude. Pass on this place. They don't care about the boaters. Hopefully the owners step up and address the issues with this place. read more

This review is for the Boat Club. Not the restaurant next door which is a completely separate business and I wish people would realize that. That is Blue Pointe grille. The boat club is in major disrepair. In dire need of management. The kids that all run this place could care less. The last 3 boats we have taken out have had steering issues and were NOT clean when we took them out. The other big thing here and ive discussed it with others is the gas scam. We have taken out boats and not gone further than the sandbar for a few hours and our gas bill is $60. That's insane!!!! None of the fuel tanks work on their boats and none are accurate. NONE of them. Been on about 12 different boats so far. Wasn't impressed with the maintenance on any of them. Upgraded review from a 1 to a 2 star as Bryan has been reaching out and is trying to remedy the clear issues they are having. Unfortunately they are still happening but we are hopeful and appreciate the reach out. read more

Can you give zero stars? I would if i could. Absolutely the rudest staff i have ever met. We were told we could move into a slip and upon arrival the rules were laid out. They won't flush motors or wash down from the rub rail down like other marina's in the area. I was told i wasn't able to perform those services myself on a weekend. You have a 15 minute window to load all your gear and get your party to the boat or they pull you out and refuse to launch your boat again in the same day. Parking is terrible. Sorry, but we ran as fast as we could. And the restaurant isn't any better. Beware and stay away from these guys. read more

Moved my boat here two months ago very happy so far with staff and most importantly the cleanliness of the place.

After four years of membership this place has really gotten expensive and gone downhill. The availability on weekends is almost nonexistent, most weekdays are also full. Multiple boats on their website are not available to club members. Parking has become a nightmare, especially for guests. The staff are incredible, it's just the upper management getting greedy. My husband and I have been using this marina for two years and have been very happy with the service. It is run very professionally and the facilities are updated and in good shape. Although we do not keep our boat here in Florida, we do have a boat in New York. While in Florida, we decided to join the Jupiter Pointe Boat Club and are very glad we did. We can always reserve a boat when we want one. The boats are ready, clean and well maintained when we arrive, with a full tank of gas. The boat club staff is excellent. They are friendly, helpful and courteous. When we return the boat, there is always someone at the dock to help us tie up. They take the boat from there. The gas tank is once again filled and we have never had a problem with the amount of gas we've used. When we arrive at the marina, there is always much activity from the regular marina customers. Boats are being placed in the water and there is usually a few in the water already. Someone is usually washing or moving a boat. I can't say how it is to have your own personal boat in this marina, but the building is fairly new and clean and by the amount of activity, they are doing an excellent business. We Bought a $220k new boat turned out it was USED. Motor was ran aground and roughly 40hrs on it by dealer. Transom has cracks in it dealer promised to fix 15 months later never did. A few months after we bought it had to replace brand new 350 engine due to it being ran aground by dealer. They have arbitration clause in contract you can't sue in court. RUN RUN RUN! read more

Don't really care if you come or not. Just don't care. Tried to visit on our boat. Thought it could be fun. Windy day. No cleats on the intercoastal side. Couldn't tie on to tiny dock north side. Too rough. So went into south dock area. Not a single boat tied on. Room for like 20. Pulled up, asked if we could tie up for 1/2 hr - 45 mins and have a drink and snack. NO WAY!! I tried to make reservations for paddle boarding. left 2 voice messages, 2 emails, and called the marina to ask the paddle board guy to call me back. never ever returned calls. - which sounds typical for this place. Have been out on two occasions in the last month. Both boats had mechanical issues. The latest outing was on one of their pontoon boat which was so difficult to steer... I don't think the engine linkage has ever been greased. The radio on had one speaker that worked and the only instrument that worked was the RPM gauge... like you really need that on a pontoon boat. Fuel gauge and depth gauge didn't work and the seats were ripped and covered in mildew along with the bimini. They even had screwed a 2x4 to the railing to hold it on. On top of all the issues with the boats, the dock hands and the office staff just shrug their shoulders and look at you. Steer clear of this boat club! read more

This is the rudest staff and would never think of recommending or ever going back. Stored my boat there and it was like they were doing you a favor if you asked them to move your boat. They left it out over night (in the rain) when specifically asked them to return it inside. Then was told it was my fault. Pay to have the boat stored inside and they could care less. Absolutely the poorest run staff with poor equipment (hoses, ladders). Overall tone from the employees appear rude and annoyed when asked for any assistance regarding your boat. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it here! My 3 kids (8,8 & 9) beg me to go! There is nothing better than bringing the family & hanging at the outside, covered restaurant while the kiddos play in the pool! YES! They have a pool-what is cooler than that.The food is good, people are nice, live music too most times we have been & the view is ridiculous!! Much of the staff is very rude and they are never willing to work with you. They close at 5, but if you call at 4:30 they refuse to put your boat in the water. They have broken the antenna, my bimini top, and the transducer for my depth finder and refuse to replace any of them. I've also been standing next to the lift when they've dropped my boat a solid foot onto a wash rack. I am not typically one to leave a bad review, but I feel the need to let people know if they are going to pay as much as they charge for storage. read more

Horrible experience with the Boat Club. We are planners and tried booking boats well in advance. Could NEVER get the boats we wanted (specifically Bluewater) as they were always booked, months in advance! We wanted to try the club before buying another boat and thought it would be a nice way to try different types of boats. Every reservation was supposed to be a new boat, however, we were given a center console Carolina Skiff one time where seat cushions were ripped and the fish door would not shut! The weatherstrip around the door was also falling off. The boat took on a lot of water just in the ICW and upon return, we were told that boat was sold and it was the last day out at the boat club and was being replaced by a new one. One other time, we booked a Bluewater finally and when we arrived were told it was out for service and we were given another Carolina Skiff. I called with my concerns, expressed that it was not at all what we expected and was told I could not have any of my money back. No apology, only that they could extend our membership for free. Why would I want to extend if I am not happy with the level of customer service or the boats?? I asked about taking my remaining balance and applying it to the purchase of a boat even though I did not have a good experience, and reluctantly was told the sales manager would call me. Sadly, he never did. All in all, for us, it felt like a complete waste of money and after several disappointing reservations, we just stopped reserving. Such a shame that Jupiter Pointe could have made things right with us and I wouldn't be writing this review. read more

I have belonged to this boat club for two seasons now. They do a great job of keeping the boats clean and in top running shape. I have had no problems with making or canceling reservations. The website is crisp and easy to navigate. The boat selection is a diverse mix of family cruising and fishing vessels coupled with a smart range of sizes. The membership cost is a bargain compared to other area boat clubs. Compared to the rent by-the-day option, Jupiter Pointe Membership is a steal. I've read the other reviews for Jupiter Pointe, and I have not experienced the problems these reviews highlight. I noted that the reviews are older, maybe the performance result of a prior management. Bottom line, as an informed consumer who prudently spends his money, Jupiter Pointe Boat Club is a superior value. read more

Terrible!! Boat was not clean. Over charged for gas. Called us two days later for us to provide a credit card number so they could charge account for gas. Gave them credit card number (shame on me!) and they tripled the amount quoted!! Credit card company said we cant dispute the charge without a receipt. Jupiter Point = Crooks! read more

Their paddle board/ kayak rental place has the wrong prices listed online. The restaurant has terrible food and terrible service. The TV's aren't even hooked up. Waited for an hour and a half for a few sandwiches. Go to Guanabanas. Excellent food, better atmosphere & service and you can rent boards & kayaks there. read more

We are fairly new members to this boat club and have not had good experiences with these people. Just a heads up they will call you and tell you that the boat you have reserved is being serviced or some other bs when intact they are giving it to someone else behind your back. As for the facilities, you would think that the bathrooms for members would be spotless at 8 in the morning but instead they are disgusting from the day before and no one seems to care. Whoever runs this place needs to keep in mind that people interested in joining a boat club are constantly asking us how we like being members at Jupiter Pointe and so far we are not pleased. read more

My wife and I joined the boat club two years ago for two years and it has been a great experience. We have utilized the club for an average of twice a month...sometimes five times in a month and sometimes not at all. Rebecca,the coordinator,has been very kind and helpful in assisting us and making sure that we are happy members. Once,we had a hard time getting a boat and she went the extra mile for us and got us a reservation while my family was in town and it made their trip here a better one. The guys who work the docks are extremely helpful and kind. They put the boat in the water and most importantly they help us when we come back to the marina and clean the boat for us. They make it so easy to be in the club that I would NEVER consider buying a boat as the cost to buy it and store it would be a lot more than being a member of the boat club. The girls in the office who make the reservations and coordinate the rentals are so kind and helpful. The best part of being in the marina is the ability to utilize any type of boat that we want to use. We can use center consoles,deck boats or pontoon boats. I am MOST definitely going to renew our membership as it's a great way to be on the water without too many worries!!! Jupiter Pointe is five stars!!!! read more

I've been a member of Jupiter Pointe boat club for almost a year, and I will tell you, it's been a fantastic experience. Rebecca in the front office, and all the other ladies, are always so helpful and accommodating. They really want the customer to get the most out of their membership. Mike and the guys on the dock are awesome too. Always ready to help get you out, and secure you on your return. The boats are really nice, all just a couple years old, and new boats coming in all the time. Their requirement of 1 boat per every 10 members, and the ease of making reservations on their website, make getting a boat really easy. With just a week ahead, I can normally schedule a boat for any weekend day. And I love the late return in the summer. Makes for great happy hour cruising. Great organization and very nice people. Great number and selection of boats. What is especially noteworthy is their commitment to ocean conservation; their continuous support of our dolphin conservation research program (Palm Beach Dolphin Project/Taras oceanographic Foundation). They have been providing us with free boat time, access to all their facilities and staff, and it is fair to say that without their commitment we would not have been able to be as successful as we are. It just goes to show that doing good by doing well is not only a slogan but actually works and makes a difference. read more

I have been a member of 3 various boat clubs from Pompano to here, and this is by far the best value and best-run boat club. The boats are in fantastic shape, the staff is very friendly and caring, and reservations are easy to manage, book and cancel. We are a family with two young daughters and they love bringing friends, cruising the waters, swimming and spending family days on the beautiful local waters. I have been there several times as a guest. The general manager Anna is terrible with customers and her staff. Her dog runs free in the office barking at people as the enter just to use the bathroom. I had my daughter there and we could not get out of the bathroom do to her large dog waiting for us. The employees had to yell at her and put her in an office. This is no place with a dog that is aggressive to be running free to greet you at the door unexpectedly. I do believe that she is linked to the owner some how, because her customer skills are terrible and she does not seem to care about her customers safety. Do not go into the office unless you have to because of ANNA and her dog will both bark at you. Also if you look at the map of this whole Marina area it is built on "HELL's GATE" that should be enough for anyone to stay away from this place. read more

I bought a new boat through Jupiter Pointe Marina and they took my old boat on trade. They agreed in writing and on the contract that they would split the trade profit. When I asked to see what they sold my old boat for, I was told by JR that they lost money on my trade. I asked to see the contract and JR refused to show it to me and ushered me out of the facilities. I continued to express my concerns and requested to see documentation showing what my old boat sold for, which still hasn't been produced, numerous months later. I sent a letter, threatening to file suit and I received a phone call telling me that I would receive a check for $2,500.00, which I have never received. I am now at the point where I will be forced to file a law suit to collect what is rightfully mine and for what they agreed to. I will never do business with Jupiter Pointe Boat Sales or JR again. I hope my honest depiction helps you to make a decision as to whom to do business with. read more
