I got my brows done with Tiffany a few months ago and loved it so much that I also decided to get my eyeliner done as well. I normally don't wear makeup on a daily basis so I was concerned about looking too made up but she was able to get me very natural looking brows and thin eyeliner with a short wing. She had a really good eye with what she thinks will suit your face while also listening to your needs. Her studio is very new and clean. The interior of this studio is so bright that when you walk in you feel like taking selfies in every corner. The lighting is everything!! Just had my eyebrows done with Tiffany and her student, Lindsey. Tiffany was very informative and really wants her clients to be happy. She was really patient with her student and very detailed. It's a 4 hr process and made sure I was aware of that and prepared. 1st they mapped out my eyebrows and made sure I was happy with it. I like mine long so they helped me change it up. Once I was satisfied, we started on the tattooing. I mentioned that numbing cream doesn't really work on me so they constantly checked on how I was feeling and tried multiple creams. When they outlined the eyebrows, they didnt use numbing cream and like Tiffany says, it really does feel like threading which isnt that bad. Lindsey was a bit nervous in the beginning, but she got the hang of it. Tiffany would still be watching and jump in if needed. At the end, they still made sure I liked it and if they needed to fix anything. They will also look to double triple check that everything is perfect. So glad I found Tiffany! Saves me so much time in the morning when I wake up with amazing brows. Had my first appointment in June 2018 for Ombré Powder brows ($350). Flew in from San Francisco to visit Tiffany for my skin needling service after following her on IG. She fortunately had an opening during mu trip to LA and I couldn't be happier. The procedure itself is very quick, 15 minutes numbing, and she goes over your face with a tool that creates punctures on your skin telling your body to produce more collagen. After the procedure, your face is pretty red but Tiffany gives you a face mask which will calm the redness down and a collagen drink. Talked me down from Combination brows to shading (figured I was saving money, when in reality SHE DIDN'T HAVE TIME for the appointment that I booked and paid for) Tiffany was training a young girl while servicing me, constantly stopping and checking on her. Entire time her nose was running uncontrollably, she didn't stop to use a tissue once just kept sniffing it all back up, it was uncomfortable as she is working face to face. She had a client after me waiting approx 45min. . I never write reviews, ever. This is actually my first review ever on yelp, but I've been feeling really upset and feel the need to write a review regarding my experience. Tiffany is a very nice girl and very thorough; however, I was not happy with my experience at all. I left her studio in tears. I choose ombré soft powder brows. We got to numbing and drawing. First I need to mention that I came in with a small 2mm scab on my right eyebrow, but she was kind enough to not send me home and said we could just not go over that part and fix it when I come back for touch up after 2 months. I was very grateful and happy that we could proceed and I completely understood that my brow would look a little funny and be slightly incomplete after the entire process. I will take the blame for a small part of what happened, definitely should not do eyebrows if there is some sort of irritation in that area. So my bad on that part. I agree there and take blame for that. After everything was done, it was so clear that my eyebrows were uneven. I tried to explain what I meant, but she seemed to be losing quite a bit of patience with me and could not understand what I meant. It ended up taking 4 hours to do the entire process when it usually takes her about 2 hours. The drawing she did was nice, so why did it turn out different when I got tattooed? She kept blaming my scab, saying that it threw her off. Okay, I was not talking about the part involving my scab, in fact I had disregarded that part completely. It was the entire eyebrow, it just wasn't even at all. I was not talking about the tails of my eyebrows, I knew the tails would not be similar because of my scab on my right eyebrow, so I was okay with that and completely accepting that that would not match or be perfect. However, it was clear that she had given me two different eyebrows that did not remotely match at all. The more I tried to explain to her, the more I could tell she was losing her patience. She began to exhale very loudly to express frustration when I would try to explain. It was almost as if she wouldn't listen to me or whatever I said she would resist me on what I had to say. She just wanted it her way. It was SO CLEAR that my two eyebrows were different. This upset me deeply, but I was afraid of pissing her off even more. So eventually I just left to not create anymore frustration. She does ask if everything is perfect and that if I'm sure or 100% happy with my brows so she could fix them if I wasn't. But it was so clear that she couldn't seem to understand or see what I was seeing from my eyebrows. And it became so apparent that she was losing her patience and getting upset when I expressed that my eyebrows were not the same. She also became reluctant to try to fix my eyebrows after a while. But come on, this is on my face! Of course I wanted to be happy with the results. But in the end, her bad attitude and reaction to my input just made me feel so guilty about trying to get the results I wanted that I ended up leaving because I just wanted to get out of that environment. It made me SO uncomfortable. The end felt rushed, I understand her next appointment had come in too, but I was not happy. She went from nice to not so nice, after she lost her patience. But this is her job profession and I trusted her, shouldn't I at least get matching eyebrows? I ended up paying her, then leaving her studio. I sat in my car afterwards and cried about my new eyebrows. I just don't understand how she couldn't see how uneven they were. She gave me two differently shaped brows. Needless to say, I cried for days. But I wanted to give it a shot and see how they healed, maybe they would turn out better. NOPE, NOT AT ALL. They look even worse. They look literally tattooed on and NOT NATURAL. And the difference is even more noticeable. I feel so awful about my eyebrows that I cancelled my touch up with her because I don't trust her to go back. I will be finding a new eyebrow artist to help me correct what has happened to me. I feel that awful. I don't trust her to go back a second time. Don't get me wrong, she's a very nice girl. I just think she needs to practice more or need more experience matching eyebrows. And her attitude and patience could be controlled better. I know she was frustrated, but these are going on a person's face. UPDATE** Your response is unacceptable. All I want is for you to admit that you messed up and apologize for your behavior. I sat crying in my car afterwards because of how horrible you made me feel from the way you were acting. And you still made it a point to shift blame so that your readers wouldn't judge you for your actions. Take some accountability for your own behavior. I originally had my brows done in San Diego, and didn't want to drive all the way there again, so the search for someone in LA started. Comparing rates across many people, her prices were competitive, but her work really stood out to me. I liked that her work didn't look generic; she didn't give every person the same set of brows. I had initially asked for microshading, but Tiffany suggested ombre brows to cover up my previous work. I'm happy I went with her suggestion! She really took the time to map out my brows until I was happy and comfortable with the shape and color, giving her honest feedback every step of the way. It has been about a year and I still love my brows so much. They faded and shrunk as she had advised (I was a little concerned about the thickness initially). My coworker recently complained about not being able to get her brows groomed during this pandemic, and asked how mine looked so good...had to tell her I woke up like this, but was not born with it. She also does eyeliner and lips, both of which look really amazing too. If you're going back and forth about whether or not to do your brows, I highly recommend it --- sounds pricey, but is definitely an investment and lasts a long time. read more

Tiffany is the shiiii(t). She's such a boss lady, AND down to earth at the same time. I honestly owe her my life, so many hours saved from doing my eyebrows so mediocre-ly in years past... I absolutely love how they came out and get compliments on them all the time. I'm truly grateful for her and highly recommend her services to anyone on the fence. I get that it's a big decision, this is your face we're talking about. But I totally vouch for her -- she knows wtf she's doing. She walks you step by step and makes sure you're good with everything at all times. The numbing cream makes it so that you don't feel any pain at all. She also teaches so many students month after month, so you can definitely trust her expertise. If you're interested in learning, don't hesitate to check her out for all the courses she offers!
