Got my brows done by May and i love them! You have to call or message her for appointments. She took her time to make sure my brows were even. My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! It took me a while to book my appointment with Ney. Through her IG photos, I fell in love with her work right away, but I was hesitant because of previous bad experiences I've had. My mom has ombre brows but they were always blotchy from the previous artist. Every other day she would tell me to look at the blotchiness or would complain about how difficult it is for her to shade in her brows. I couldn't take it anymore so I contacted Ney to see if she was able to take my mom's case for corrected brows. And guess what, she was able to and did an amazing job! Since the correction, my mom has gotten tons of compliments and cannot stop raving about how much time it saves her! Her extra time is now spent with her granddaughter! SO WORTH IT! I was so nervous to get my eyebrows done but it looks beautiful and so so natural. Ney did a perfect job. I've been wanting to get my brows done and more so after having my daughter. Anything to spend less time getting ready and more time with her. I was always so hesitant because I was afraid of "what if" they turn out funny and I'd look like a fool? haha I've been following these ladies on IG for awhile now and just seeing the work they do on their clients is amazing. I no longer live in CA, but still have family there. On a recent trip I decided to pull the trigger and book an appointment with Ney to do my brows. She is such a sweetheart and is so passionate about her work! I had told her that I've always had thin brows and I don't want them too thick. She reassured me that they would initially look thicker, darker, and as they heal they will shrink and lighten. She let me know step by step what she was doing and made sure I was OK and that the numbing gel was working. When it started to wear off she asked if I wanted more numbing gel, I opted out since it didn't seem too bad. I was right, I barely felt the needle, she was very light on her hands. The whole process was a breeze and I can't wait to get a touch up when I'm back in town again. Oh! She also went darker knowing I wouldn't be able to return in a couple weeks for a touch up. After years of microblading that never turned out well, she was the only one to explain to me that microblading isn't good for oily skin types, and she is so right! Ney is the BEST brow artist IMO. I've never had my brows tattooed before and after my cousins got them done by her, I knew I had to just do it. Obviously, having tattooed brows will save you time every morning but I didn't expect to have such a impeccable experience with Ney. I was so nervous and she's so calming.
