The results were amazing and so much more natural! It did take about twice as long, but Soo was incredibly meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was completely happy. She even made additional touch-ups before I left. I really appreciate her attention to detail and dedication to getting it right. Highly recommend Soo if you're looking for beautiful, natural-looking brows!

I washed my face but made sure not to wet my eyebrows as instructed. I understand that I was provided aftercare instructions by email and paper instructions would've been helpful as well and I wasn't aware that by the third day my eyebrows could be wet, I was under the impression that you have to wait for your eyebrows to be completely healed. Meaning wait for the scabs to fall off. That's why I was careful not to wet them. However, I don't feel that this explains or justifies the final outcome of my eyebrows. I did have an allergic reaction during the healing process, but now that my eyebrows are completely healed, there are still no visible hair-like strokes from the nano brows. My eyebrows honestly look as though nothing was done, which is very disappointing considering the price I paid. I also understand that one side of my face may have been more relaxed than the other, but I still feel that shouldn't have resulted in such a noticeably uneven arch. I did my research beforehand because I was told I would be in good hands, and I trusted that I would receive a natural, hair-like result. Looking back, I probably should have researched other artists more carefully, even if it meant paying more, because I may have had a different outcome. Unfortunately, I feel that the money I spent did not result in what I was promised or expected. I'm not saying this to be disrespectful or to argue. I'm simply being honest about my experience and why I've decided not to continue with a second session. I just want you to know this is my honest review of my experience at your salon. I had been looking to get eyeliner done because as I age and can no longer see clear up close (don't get me started with trying to put on eyeliner with reading glasses), my eyeliner just looks horrible. After following Salin's page, I decided to go for it. I developed allergies to magnetic eyeliners since I was wearing magnetic lashes, and I needed to do something about my appearance. I made an appointment and drove an hour out to see her. My best advice is to arrive early because of traffic. Yes, you do have to pay before the procedure. The price is adjusted depending on the shape you want. I didn't mind that. I understood that this was a business, and who knows, maybe she got scammed before. Anyway, I was willing to pay extra because I have hooded eyes, and like I mentioned before, I have difficulty putting on eyeliner. Being Asian, my eyes are hooded and small, and I have no eyelid crease. So I have a different problem entirely. We spent a good 30 minutes getting the shape right. I wasn't picky about the shape because she is a professional, and after seeing photos of her work, I trusted her judgment and told her to do what she felt was best. We changed shapes twice, and honestly, I am glad she did. The first drawn in line was ok. However, when my eyes were open, you couldn't see them. She changed it to a different style I have never seen before and WOW! My eyes look way better! I don't look so tired! I will also add that I felt no pain! So much that I fell asleep, and she said I was snoring a little! :) Anyways, the procedure from the time I arrived to the time I left was around 3 hours long. Salin is truly worth it. I will return to her to fix my lip blush. Also, keep in mind. Not many permanent makeup artists work on the eyelid. She is truly a master. For those commenting on thick eyeliner, it is worth it for people with hooded eyes like me. If you had big eyes with an eyelid crease, you may not need it. But for someone with eyelids like mine... I need it. If she teaches it to her students, it's good because she is accommodating all different eye shapes. I made an appointment for a touch up next month. Can't wait!

I've been following Linda of Brow Avenue for a while now in Instagram. I truly admire her work, specifically the shape and intensity of brow saturation. I had the opportunity to train with her and booked a date for a 1:1 advanced ombre training. I didn't know what to expect or what else need to be learned. i've taken numerous online courses and she will be my 4th in-person brow instructor. All i know is I needed help with my mapping, and a better healed retention. When I first met Linda, she has the welcoming humble vibe that you can already feel with first impression. She's not only beautiful but very knowledgeable too and doesnt hold barr on her best kept secrets. I explained to her my strengths & weakness and she was able to adjust the day program to focus on the areas i need work on. Linda helped me take the guesswork out of color selection, its ratio and the why for each pigment chosen. At first I was doubting it but in combination of her shading technique, the colors remains warm. We did shading practice on latex and she helped adjust my strokes and how to overlap in with each pass and section. The technique she showed has proven great retention! A little adjustment goes a long way . She also taught me how to save on supplies, and not over prepare my tray, and focus only on the most essential, making me less stress to jumble on what else is missing on my tray. Her steps in mapping has given me a different mindset of not relying on perfect measurements for both brows, but assessing brow symmetry & how to achieve balance. I now got into the habit of asking clients if their brows looks 'balanced'. Training with Linda, you truly get plenty of hands-on work with your model. From mapping, to doing 99% of the shading until the very last stroke. After completing the model's brows. She showed how to have a good presentation & take nice photos for your portfolio or social. I wish the 1 day can be extended, as I enjoyed her class a lot and i feel if we keep going, i'll learn more. It's not the end of it all, because after the class, she is just a message away. I can still ask her questions, send her my work for 'assurance' that im doing my Ombre properly. I've used Linda's technique to all my clients after the training, and the result is nothing but amazing! I don't have to spend forever mapping, my shading looks more even, and the outcome made my clients happy and the artist tremendously proud. Taking class with Linda was a brow-changing experience, and Im glad I took a leap of faith with her. I'm very grateful to all my instructors who became my rock, my confidant & my security blanket. I'm blessed to have supportive partner, bffs (you know who you are), family & friends who supported & put their trust in me. Thank you so much... this is just the beginning, please continue to follow my journey I started my journey doing PMU brows not too long ago. It wasn't planned, I just know, I wanted to do it. I diligently learned & endlessly practice to get better. 8 months later, these are my most recent work. I'm very grateful to all my instructors who became my rock, my confidant & my security blanket. I got my brows done with Daisy! She was lovely to talk to through the whole procedure, and she took her time to make sure she got the brow mapping right and let me continuously check and she tweaked things. Between passes of shading, she would continue to check the mapping and measurements. My brows were uneven coming in (one more lifted/other more straight) and they finally look sharp and symmetrical. In terms of environment, the studio is really clean and I felt very comfortable with Daisy. She was very hygienic and we both kept our masks on throughout the process. I was given an aftercare kit and Daisy reassured me that I could always reach out to her if I had any questions. I'm on Day 3 and they are still looking great. I came in too see Linda because I am older and I have a hard time seeing when I'm doing my make up and she's great. She mapped out my eyebrows and helped me find the right shape and color. Has lots of patience, And even though I was scared, she assured me I'd be fine and wasn't going to feel any pain. And was right! Now I'm back and getting my eyebrows retouched and I'm still getting the same great treatment I remember receiving a two years ago. My left brow naturally arches more than my right. She was able to point that out and let me know she would draw my right side higher to even it out as much as posible. During the drawing process she would ask me to look and take pictures of myself to see if everything was good and ready to go before proceeding with the tattooing part. We took some off, added some here and there until we got it right. At first the drawing looked super thick to me but she did inform me not to worry that it would not look like that at the end. She just drew it to how she would know where to go in with the tattoo ink. The whole process took about 2-2.5 hours and healing time took about 7 days ! I did come back for a touch up since it was my first time and the peeling does take off some of the ink and i perfer them a little darker than what it was. The touch up was included in the price i was qouted and i tipped her on top of it ! I know her prices have changed since i been so double check for her new pricing! Parking lot is located in back of the store a bit small maybe five parking spots but there is also street parking. Interior was very clean and simple very easy to the eyes all neutral colors i really liked how each station had a ring light and a personalized section with a mirror super cute! Service was great they do offer you water as a beverage so your not parched during your session. They also do eyelash extentions here i never done mines but during my brow session i seen a few people come in and out to get thier lashes done ! Overall i would highly recommend this spot to my friends and family !

Linda is very welcoming, personable, and easy to talk to. She's also extremely careful, clean, and professional. I really appreciate how she sanitizes everything and never cross-contaminates -- she always wears a face covering to keep both herself and her clients safe. The studio itself is spacious and spotless, with several smaller rooms rented out to other aestheticians. It's great to know that you can not only get services here but also rent a room if you're a new aesthetician looking to grow your business. Linda is also very accommodating -- she checks in often to see if I need water or a bathroom break, and she has such a fun, friendly personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable. Since it's appointment-only, the environment is quiet and relaxing, which I love when I'm laying down for a few hours. Highly recommend Linda if you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients, takes pride in her work, and delivers top-notch results every time!

Her facility is small and clean but seriously almost like a med lab - everything is lined, and tossed away after using on the customer. On your first appointment, she measures and pencils in her recommendations, but will always ask for your input, and until both of you agree on the shape - she will not start the process until agreement. The first time I went, I was in a lot of pain - not because she wasn't gentle or no numbing creme, but for some reason, I'm super sensitive and have a lot of nerve endings on my brows. However, the results were so worth it. OMG. I love them. I took care of them - but at least I know I have a follow up. She has a day to day recovery and expectations for your brows. She gets it and understands getting permanent make up. The second/follow up time, she tried a new numbing cream. A slight drawback, it was 30 minutes to set in. So when she went in, it was like how "most" people describe it, similar to tweezing/threading. I was super comfortable this time around and didn't think I was dying. Highly recommended. During the procedure, the border of my left upper lip was accidentally scraped. When I first asked about it, I was told it might be swelling or bruising, but later it was acknowledged that it may have happened accidentally during the procedure. I also requested lip mapping before the procedure, but was told it was not necessary. Because of these issues and the overall experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning for additional procedures or corrections. For this reason, I would like to request a refund for the service. I hope we can resolve this matter professionally. -------------------------------------------- I had a lip blush procedure done at this studio and it was a very disappointing experience. After the procedure, my upper lip shape turned out uneven. During the process, the artist accidentally scraped the border line of my left upper lip, which affected the outline. As a result, my lip now looks like lipstick has been drawn outside of my original lip border line. When I brought this up, the artist said it was caused by the ink and that it would go away after healing, and asked me to follow up after the healing process. However, lip blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure and requires a very high level of precision, especially along the lip border. Because of this experience and the current result, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this artist or returning for a touch-up. This has been very upsetting and I regret choosing this studio. Please be very cautious before booking a lip blush procedure here.

Qiana was very patient and open to communicating throughout the entire process during consultation, getting my brows done, and the touchup session. I was still a bit skeptical about the pain level and recovery process even after Qiana reassured me. Just make sure you let her know when you start to regain feelings on the brows, and she'll reapply a bit more anesthesia cream. As for the recovery process- there really is none. No scabbing, no blood, no super dark unnatural brows! I felt confident going out the next day already. I can tell Qiana has high expectations and treats each client as an artwork. I was very happy with my brows right after it was done, and my mom immediately made an appointment to have her brows done after she saw mine. We both love our brows so much- thank you, Qiana!
