The doctor gave me a written prescription. I got in my car. This was the first place I called since it's not far off 85. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. She told me the prescription was wrong and I needed to go back into the doctor to prevent delays. She was right. They rewrote the prescription and sent it to the pharmacy. I drove to the pharmacy. The First Lady didn't think they had the medicine. The Second Lady, I believe the same One I spoke to the phone, said they had it and it would be about 20 minutes. In under 20 minutes it was ready and I was out the door. Saved me a lot of time and I energy!

Anyway, I got out for $22 & with my rewards number it came down to $18. Not too bad. Store is clean, friendly folks! I think the 1 big issue was that many items didn't have prices listed.... Frustrating & I probably would have purchased more had they been up. Their loss! I only run in here for a quick couple of things. I don't make a habit of coming- too expensive.

I replied I'm fine but if I got rid of this pain I'd be a whole lot better. He inquired as to what kind of pain. I acquiesced instantly and shared my experience and he shared his experiences as well. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view. I took his actions as to say, the associates at Walgreens care, whether you're in Georgia or another state, we got you! On check out the young lady possessed exemplary customer service skills and pleasantness. She was thorough in communication. I appreciate a good visit at any place I go. It was in and out with no stress just left me impressed!

They won't give you a Covid shot without getting an appointment. That seems reasonable enough for record purposes, but they make you wait even if it's 45 minutes from now and there's no one in line waiting to get a Covid shot, which makes no sense. By the time it was my turn, at my appointment time, they were behind because they made me wait 30 minutes when there was no one there. My Covid shot was at 4:30p, I didn't get out of there till five 520 pm. The Covid shot is free. Ladies there are not mean and they're super nice but the system makes no sense. Everyone there is very nice but my thoughts are if someone's waiting for a Covid shot just go ahead and give it to them if no one else is there. I know they have people coming in and out constantly but when I arrived there was absolutely no one there. I said "no that's not acceptable" please just transfer to this Walgreens. She agreed but I feel bad for the many that would have taken what she said as "gospel" and driven 35 minutes each way. Crazy. Also don't bother prepaying to (Express Pay) that just confuses EVERY clerk I have even used and takes twice as long. I left Walgreens when they closed the sugarloaf store and then reluctantly went back for drive in convenience (over Kroger) but I will not be going back. Ever!!
