We had the best experience buying a car at Courtesy Kia! Went to a few other dealers, got ignored at one and bombarded at another. At Courtesy, we were met outside by a wonderful young man, Rodman Rochin. I thought he was the greeter, but he ended up being a salesman. He showed us the 2025 Kia Telluride. He knew all the functions of this car and more! (We were at another dealership where the salesman didn't know all the features of the car.) Rodman has only been working at Courtesy Kia for 3 months but he even knew how to sync our phones up with our new car! He was amazing. His Sales Manager Richard was also very helpful and patient with us. They let us go home and think about the deal and which car we ultimately wanted to buy. We had looked at the top four in the mid size SUV class and might have bought another brand, but Richard and Rodman out sold their competitors! We also can not say enough about the Finance Officer, Gary. He made the paperwork go so smoothly and did not try to oversell us on a lot of extra things that would not really be covered in the end. We did buy an extended warranty and maintenance package and are very excited about our choices! Again, we can not say enough about Courtesy Kia! They made what can sometimes be a really difficult process so easy and smooth! By the way, they have a great coffee machine where you can get a French vanilla latte!

Averie was the best! He made us feel like we were family . He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He never made us feel pressured. He searched until he found my car and drove to Surprise to get it. He set up the Kia ap on our phones. He was so patient and always smiling. He gets a 10 in our book. Averie you will go far!!!

While Andy was great, I can't give 5 stars. Both the sales team and finance told me Kia included 500kw of free charging with new EVs. After purchase, I learned this ended on the 2024 models. The only "make it right" offer was half off a level 1 & 2 charger --and fun fact the car doesn't even come with one. I feel misled and disappointed. When the lease is up, I'll return the car and move on. I would not recommend Courtesy Kia. Hopefully they read this and make it right

I own a 2023 Telluride that I had in twice to repair the collision system failures. A major wiring harness was replaced which did not fix it. Second time it they said the harness was installed incorrectl. I left the vehicle and during this trip the service department damaged the drivers side requiring part replacement and a complete left side repaint. The dealer didn't inform me, my vehicles security system reported it was relocated to a body shop 7 miles away. I called the dealer to ask about it and they wouldn't take my calls. When I got to the dealership the GM wouldn't meet with me. This dealership is dishonest and managed by unethical people. I would have never known this happened if it wasn't for my Telluride's technology.

I just got a new 25kia k4 my first new car and the salesperson there named Austin delivered his word, and helped me get into my new car. He was very professional and made everything very easy to comprehend and didn't pressure me not once. Once I got into the finance room another great finance manager named Dominique I think he goes by Dom, was there to close the deal and make sure I was getting the best possible deal he also was very professional and didn't pressure me or make me feel like I had to make a decision right then and there, it was a very pleasant experience at courtesy Kia and highly recommend taking to Austin if your looking for someone's who's gonna actually listen to your opinions and actually cares.

I can't stress enough how amazing this place is. I'll be honest i was nervous considering i haven't had the best experiences at dealerships nearby. But Courtesy Kia is where it's at!!! My salesperson was the amazing Lee!! He had us in and out of there so quickly, never once did we feel pressured and he always kept things honest and transparent. He worked so well with us and never made us feel stupid for asking questions. Such a great dude and such a great place. Let's move on to the finance guy Kyle, usually these are the guys that make me nervous too trying to make you buy warranties you won't use, this guy is INCREDIBLE!!! It's like they treat everyone like family here and that's such a hard thing to come by. Kyle set me up good with an amazing interest rate and making sure i was totally comfortable with my payment and that my warranty made sense, not to mention his overall trustworthy service and personality. I didn't have much contact with anyone else but if they're as awesome as Lee and Kyle i truly believe this dealership is one of the bests! Anyways here's my super cute 26' Kia K5 gt line (:

That discount got added right back with "upgrades"

The place is bait and switch on used cars. The advertised price was $11000 and then thay add $2400 for "accessories". A meaningless certification which they claim is a 12 month powertrain (good luck trying to collect on that with a used car). Lifetime nitrogen for $150 which is free at Costco, lifetime tint which the car already had and Kia connect and protect which is a glorified Lo-Jack and you have to subscribe. I offered the asking price of $11000 pus $599 doc fee and tax and license. First quote I got they had added all the options and wanted to charge $1109.38 in tax and $1525.25 for license. That s right charging tax on fake upgrades and accessories. (see photo) If you take a look at their reviews, most of the 5 star reviews are from "suspect" accounts with one review. Stay away from this "stealership."

Car was in for service ..8k miles and already needed new ac compressor. Got car back after a week with a giant scratch in hood

Alex at Courtesy Kia is an excellent salesman. He answered all my questions. They work with the Costco Auto program. There's lots of interesting colors.

Something happened last week that surprised me. I had written about my 2021 4runner TRD Off-Road…read morethat I had purchased about 6-8 months ago with 45.000 miles. When I brought the 4runner in for service ( at 50,000 miles) I was expecting an oil and filter change and a tire rotation. Again, I had just purchased the 4runner 6-8 months ago. Instead, I received a $660 bill for the oil (over $1,000 less discount coupons). Oil filter tire rotation, new rear brakes and all fluids needing to be replaced. Now if the SUV needed service, well it needed service. I paid the bill but mentioned to the service manager that other dealers would have done the service before selling me the SUV. I wrote them and well forgot about it. OK, I'm 77 and remembered a time when businesses believed in service, not just bottom line. OK we all drive differently and most of my driving his highway so yes I am used to getting a lot more miles before needing new brakes and all oils changed. But for me, well, whatever service it needed, it needed. $660.00 isn't going to make or break me and life goes on. And I do love my 4runner. Well, I was in the Gym when I received a call from Earnhardt Toyota off of US60 and Power Road. I was not expecting a call from the dealership. It was the service manager who when I answered the phone started off by telling me read the email, I sent to him about a week ago (note the email was factual as I saw things, not nasty at all). He apologized for the delay in getting back to me, Nick, the manager said he had spoken to someone above him and in reviewing their records agreed with me. Nick said that they should have done a lot of the service before I purchased the 4runner. Nick was calling me to say that of the $660.00 I had paid for service, that they were refunding $620.00. Now this would have been normal maybe 40 years ago, but not these days. Now many companies no longer act this way and Earnhardt Toyota and Nick and all who were making this decision sort of left me speechless. And for those who know me being speechless does not happen often to me. I am more used to being disappointed in society then being impressed. Again being 77 years old, I remember a gentler, kinder and more customer friendly time. Earnhardt already had the sale from me buying the 4Runner and I had already paid for the service. Also, I am not buying a Fleet of vehicles so who cares what I think and how I feel. Well, I guess Earnhardt Toyota did. Now yes, I do have a local auto repair shop who is about 4 miles from my house and Earnhardt Toyota is a good 20 miles from me. But in my many years I have learned that when a company gives good service and is honest with you, yes, you reward them by going back to them. I just wanted all to know how this played out. I am still in a state of disbelief but happy that I found another honest dealer. WAY TO GO EARNHARDT TOYOTA The refund showed up yesterday and it was about $640.00

JORDAN SMITH Contact…read moreJordan Smith to buy your car. We live in Central Texas, which is not in Arizona.... Does that tell you anything. Many, many, many months ago before they were officially released or available I began the Journey to get the exact 2026 RAV4 PHEV we wanted to replace our fantastic 21 RAV4 Prime Premium. I Don't pay over MSRP, I don't accept "mandatory" dealer, or port installed options that I didn't want. I am the customer, I want what I want, not what is available. I contacted several Toyota dealers in Texas with what I wanted and asked them to call the minute they got an allocation for it and I would buy it. Texas is never 1st on the list for plug in vehicles as of April 22 3026 I am unaware of any Texas dealers having any allocations. I also have very low confidence in a smooth transaction with any Texas (Gulf States Toyota) dealer. I also contacted Jordan Smith at Earnhardt, who has sold 3 vehicles to family members, and another Jordan at Corwin Toyota in Colorado. I gave them both the same information. The DAY the allocations were released to BOTH of those dealers Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota sent me a screenshot of the EXACT car I asked for that said "Presold to me by Jordan Smith". For giggles, I checked the Corwin website, they also had one, a month and a half later NO contact whatsoever. It's ok though I am driving one now... As if that wasn't enough, Jordan Smith at Earnhardt Toyota assisted/facilitated working with a 3rd party to get my desired tint and ppf applied to the car prior to us flying to Mesa to pick it up. This car is a unicorn, getting it at MSRP is as much as one can expect. Jordan Smith helped with the 3rd party and went above and beyond. Bravo, and thank you Jordan Smith.

DO NOT COME HERE! I recently moved to the Mesa area and needed my biannual service for my Honda…read moreInsight 2019. That service went well but within a week or so of my 85,000 service I noticed a squealing noise coming from the vents while using my AC. I will start off by saying I know when I scheduled my service the way Philip talked to me should have been a red flag but we decided to bring the car in anyways. I had my husband manage the contact with Philip after he was condescending with me. On 03/20/26, Philip called us after the projected time we were given to hear back and indicated that my AC Compressor had been severely damaged and caused catastrophic damage to the whole system and that I will need a whole AC system replacement. He quoted us a little under $10,000. Honda has a recall on the AC Condenser in my vehicle as certified by another Honda dealership (Chandler), as Philip refused to check for us via VIN. Philip was short and indicated that he did not see how that would be related at all but would contact his manager. This morning, 03/21/26 my spouse called and Philip indicated that the AC Condenser was not the issue. We decided to get a second opinion as the whole interaction with Philip was shady and we felt uneasy. Philip did not want to even talk to my husband about the issues in depth while paying for the diagnostic fee- $240. Finally after my husband questioned why Philip wouldn't talk about the vehicles concerns. Philip indicated while being condescending and infantilizing my husband, that the issue was the Evaporator and that everything else is just contaminated. Philip would not go into detail of what "contamination" meant. This explanation is a completely different story than received on 03/20/26. We are unsure if this error was complete idiotic incompetence on his part or if he had malicious intent. Either way, we were not working with them anymore. Philip indicated manager approved $8,600 cost for total AC system replacement. To which we declined as he destroyed what little trust we had left. This "updated story" was reflected in the service recommendations from the Tech. I will never recommend this Honda Dealership from our personal experience or as per research and review, it seems that their reputation is justified.
