Deceptive pricing. Advertised price is not actual price! The Ram I was considering had a $10k add for an "optional" lift kit already installed which was not in the advertised price on Autotrader! There is a photo which lists options added with wording that is vague at best! The photo with the lift description and Autotrader ad makes it seem like the lift is optional but when I spoke with the salesperson, turns out this is not the case. The "optional" lift kit is not optional. The vehicle is advertised at a lower price to draw people in. BUYER BEWARE! Don't trust Google reviews as they can be edited. Your after sale service is horrible in my opinion! My truck I bought is great but getting my tags and registration from another state is crappy! Incompetent people or lack of integrity you all decide! Two months out from sale and went to get my tags at tax collectors office in my county and don't have it! My tag expires tomorrow and talked to four people at different locations and no one seems to know anything or give a crap! Humble Texas office where I bought it was no help and no return calls! Phoenix lady had no help for me but gave me Hurst Texas office! Talked with Tiffiney at this location and she stated the company uses third party companies for titles! That explains a lot! Well she went on to say they probably didn't have proof of insurance with the truck listed on it! WTH I showed proof when I bought and they were more than happy to sell! No one said anything about that at all during the process! She also said they will give estimated time of title being issued but could tell me how long! Meanwhile I told all these people my temp tag expires tomorrow but no one gave two craps and only said if I get a ticket they would pay it! What the hell kind service is that? No offer to overnight a new tag till title shows up! I have to drive to work on expired tag and this is excepted? Really? Nope, horrible customer service after sale! During the test drive, I noticed stains on the console and seats and asked what the price was again. Marco told me almost $73,000! I showed him their ad on Auto Trader which shows $58,000. He then told me the real price is on their website. Talk about bait and switch. Lifted Trucks falsely advertises one price on Auto Trader to get you in the door. Why not advertise the correct price? The price is the price. Furthermore, not one vehicle on their lot has the price on it. Thats to cover up their dishonesty and they are hoping you won't figure it out. This Yelper figured it out. I was a customer almost 4 years ago and had a phenomenal experience. The hardworking staff and service were top notch, unfortunately it seems things have drastically changed. Today my brother and I were looking for a 2500 Cummins for him to purchase. I instantly thought of lifted trucks and sure enough they had one for him to Atleast look at. He had shopped at another dealership and obtained a purchase agreement from them. Just to expand his options I called LT for him, introduced myself as a previous customer and let them know all the details of the situation. I sent over all of my brother's info, trade in info and the purchase agreement. I simply asked for an "out the door price" on the truck he was inquiring about, just so we didn't waste theirs/our time. Everyone knows you can love a vehicle but if the numbers don't work why bother? I was repeatedly asked just to come in. Over, and over, and over in several different ways. "Don't you want to atleast drive the truck first?" My reply was "well we just need the numbers to make sure it's worth our time." Antonio (the salesman) tells me after arguing about coming in "Well, we're super busy since we are having a 4th of July sale, so it would be better if you could just come in. Otherwise it's going to take all day before we can get to it." What?! I said "Okay well I don't want to come in with numbers" and ended the call. He calls back egging us to just come in again. We ended up going in around 5pm. This got so much more irritating. We get there, they evaluate my brothers trade and while they're doing that I look for the truck. No where to be found. I circle back and Antonio asks if I'd seen the truck. I say no and we all look for it. No where to be found on the lot. We go to his desk and find out a "out of state deposit" was made. (Out of stater got numbers). Antonio looks for other options with no luck. He speaks to his inventory manager and the inventory manager tells him that the truck is available now because the buyer backed out to pursue a different truck. But the truck is now in Phoenix getting detailed. So my brother is thinking great this might work out and asks for numbers out the door. An hour later they come back with financing numbers (that we clearly didn't ask for) and the numbers didn't work. My brother had a pre approval through his bank already, we just needed the OOTD/purchase agreement to bring to his lender. Anyways I got irritated and grilled Antonio for not getting us the numbers before we showed up. The place was a ghost town might I add. Inventory was clearly full so no trucks have been moved other than the Ram we were inquiring about. They were overly pushy to get things done through their creditors and getting us to come in to completely waste 2 hours. I can no longer recommended Lifted Trucks to family and friends anymore. I'll never find out if they get better again either because I will not return as a customer either. It was good while it lasted. read more

One star for what would appear professionalism and probably one of the worst sales managers ever dealt with. Shannon, the sales rep gets five stars and did her job well. She nonchalantly gathered all information you expect out of a salesman such as occupation, intended use, credit range etc to see if I was serious and legit buyer. I even seriously inquiries and looked at another bronco that was $20,000 more. Even asked Shannon to run the numbers for both vehicles. Went in about 90% ready to pull the trigger, but the sales manager (Blake) and how he handled himself not only killed that deal but all future deals. Unfortunately, I wasn't answering the questions in his fishing expedition and I just wanted their best out the door price. The numbers presented required further consideration on my part and I intended to do that at home, but he literally refused to give me the sheet out of spite which I had never seen before because I said I was struggling trusting them with some of the issues I found. I was also asked when I became visibly frustrated by his circular logic "do we have a problem here". I would not be shocked if there's some dissension amongst the troops over there because the sales manager blew a sure deal and took food out of her mouth today (sorry Shannon you were awesome). Regarding the professionalism. 1 of 4 issue I brought to light was there was about 20 small ships on the vehicle, which in itself isn't an issue. The issue is they told me they ceramic coated the vehicle... They ceramic coated a vehicle with over 20 microchips that could've easily been fixed and buffed in another couple hours. read more

I love my lifted truck! I saw some negative reviews like someone isn't happy with their paperwork not processing and I'm surprised to hear that because the chick who does paperwork is on her shit. I was there last weekend. The staff is good looking, well dressed and friendly people, they do their jobs well. It's a car dealership so they are going to offer you an extended warranty and other bullshit when you're signing, as any dealer that's in business should do. Buying a used car takes some diligence, know what you're paying for and make a plan ahead of time. This dealer is nice because they know lifted trucks. If you want a lifted truck, you found the right place! They have an excellent inventory, the Mesa location was clean and their building is pretty cool. It feels like being inside a sports bar. They handled my out of state purchase well and even offered to pick me up from the airport, which was a very nice gesture. They helped me with financing and I got a very good rate at 3.99% for 84 months. I'm very pleased with this! My credit is not perfect either. The truck is everything I expected it to be, no surprises. Overall I'm very happy with Lifted Trucks Mesa and I would definitely do business again. I bought a Corvette and a Mercedes in the past and would say it's the best car buying experience I've had so far. Thank you guys! read more

Two parts to this review. I have been looking for a lifted truck that didn't need anything. Spoke to Salesperson on a Friday evening and pretty much came to an agreement that we would buy this particular truck when they opened Saturday morning. Called to make the deal and truck was sold. Excuse was they sell a lot online and did not know this truck was in a deal. That's wrong. Found another truck a year older with more miles and gave them a deposit that Saturday morning to hold it. Several days later I wired the money and paid for the truck. It took 1.5 weeks to send the order out to get it shipped. Heard and excuse or two along the way. Shipping went great and truck arrived. As soon as I opened the drivers door to look inside all I could smell was cigarette smoke. GROCE. This is unacceptable and did not to think to ask the question if this truck was smoked in. They definitely tried to mask this odor but did not work. I am trying certain recommended things to get rid of this horrible smell. The add said Weathermat floor mats which were not in the truck. They said they would send them right away. Still have not seen them. Also was a bed liner, however the part of the bed liner that lays in the bottom of the bed is missing ??? The sides are there but that's it. I don't get it.The trim on the roof where it mount is cracked and made noise while driving. You can't get to the screw to reanchor as it is being the back glass. I will silicone it down and hope it holds. By far the worst is the cigarette smell, I never would have bought this truck knowing it was smoked in. The smell was blamed on the Texas location where truck came from not AZ who I called to purchase. Hopefully I receive my floor mats and can get this smoke smell out of this truck. read more

TJ Manager of LiftedTrucks, you responded to my negative Yelp comment by saying you're always here to help. Then why didn't you help? You called me on the phone right after I posted the comment and wanted me to give you another chance. You sold a truck out from under me after I made an all night, ten hour drive. I spoke with Blake a manager the afternoon before and told him I couldn't afford the $57,000 price. Blake asked how much I could put dow, I said $40,000, he said, I'll get you approved for financing, which he did. He said when can you get here? I'm on my way, I told him, it will take me all night, He made a 2:00pm appt for Saturday October 5. And said he would have all the paperwork I got to Mesa at 5:00am. James from lifted Trucks called me at 9:00am to confirm that I was in Mesa and would be at the dealership at 2:00 to complete the paperwork and purchase. I went in a little before 2:00 and Shannon a sales person said, they sold the truck. I left very unhappy. You called me TJ and said the paperwork could be reversed on the sale and to come back over to see you. When we met again, You tried to sell me two other trucks each at $75,000, I said I couldn't afford that, you became very aggravated and upset with me! The worst service we have ever encountered, the sales manager Nick is unprofessional, rude and has serious anger issues. It was a hassle trying to get our truck delivered to us back and forth, last minute phone calls on them needing things from us. We had to hustle to get this done so that we were able to get the truck. We arranged our vacation for this vehicle, and it turned into a nightmare!!! The sales manager Nick called us and took it upon himself to deliver the truck to us first thing Wednesday morning and that he was going to leave the Tuesday prior right after work and would inform us as to when he was headed out in which we never heard a word from him. We tried to get a hold of Nick the morning of our truck to be delivered with no luck, having had to call the dealership, no one knew where he was but stated that he had left the day before to deliver the truck to us. When we finally were able to get a hold of Nick, once again playing games with us saying he was driving the truck down the day of delivery, which was a lie!!!! He made all sorts of excuses and had poor cell service, then gets angry when questioning him about the delivery of our truck. He wanted to make sure he was going to have a good time at our expense. He then continues to get mad at me for questioning what was going on, he even went as far as stating " I will return this truck back" I told him go ahead and take it back we don't want to deal with you guys anymore. After going back and forth and finally talking to the general manager we agreed to meet at a location. We then got a text from Nick saying he was going to be about 15 minutes late than a phone call saying we need to meet him near the airport since he won't make his flight on time. When we got to the location which was a 25 minute drive for us to get our truck, he was more consumed about my husband signing the paperwork while on the phone talking to someone about his Uber driver making sure he would make his flight on time with his backpack and duffle bag. Never showed us anything about the truck or the paperwork Nick was in hurry for my husband to sign. We had to figure things out and when we did start checking the truck the tailgate and carpet had sand all over it from the beach and he had the truck washed half ass. From the beginning we knew he was lying and had spent the whole day at the beach at our expense, only to make it convenient for him to have fun, gave us the run around all day, and ruined our time!!!! I would highly suggest staying away from this dealership they don't know what customer service is like!! read more

6 or so months ago I called with a question. My question was answered. I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER. I got a cold call about 2 weeks after and a message. I was no longer interested so I simply ignored the call. Last week I got a message again I ignored it. This week I have gotten 3 -4 calls with messages. This is ridiculous that someone would be this obnoxious and annoying as to cold call someone 3-4 days in a row. It is borderline harassment. I no longer want anything to do with this company and have since blocked their number. I should not have had to do that. Shame on you and your harassing business practices. read more

I bought my truck a few weeks ago from here and I would likely shop here again. I had Corey who was very professional and great salesman and probably the only reason I would shop here again. A few things I would recommend to the dealership to better themselves. 1. Don't change numbers after you've made a verbal agreement over the phone and the person drives 5 hours to make the deal. We had made a verbal agreement on trading my truck in for 38.5k and I put a deposit down then when I got down there they put on my paperwork 37.7k. I get that it's not A LOT of money but annoying after already making an agreement on a number and it changing after driving so far. They eventually brought the price up to 38k. 2. I would recommend going over the truck after someone puts a deposit down. My "test drive" I noticed the AC wasn't blowing cold. The AC had a leak and I had to drive 5 hours with no AC. They slightly adjusted the price due to the inconvenience. Which was nice but just frustrating. 3. I would recommend you ask the buyer if they want warranties, GAP, Tire insurance and etc. I was never asked if I wanted any of those things and as I'm sitting down signing papers my price was over 5k up from what I thought it was going to be. Come to find out all these warranties were added when I wasn't asked if I wanted them. 4. I would recommend you fill up the sold trucks gas tank. This is the first time I've had a dealership not top off my tank after purchasing a vehicle from them. Not the end of the world just makes the experience that much better. read more
