They live up to their name. I drove there from California for an 06 Ram 3500 diesel. Thing was a fully loaded Laramie with some really nice aftermarket upgrades, and at a phenomenal price. The salesman even filled it up for me. Filling that truck up ain't cheap. On top of that, they gave good lenders. They got me a really good rate for a 12 year old truck, and through a credit union that I really like. The loan is straightforward, and nothing in their contract is hidden. It was probably the shortest contract I've signed when buying something. With all their vehicles they pretty much warranty it for 15 days... which they honor without any games. A couple days after I got it, my brakes took a shit and fried one of my rotors. I had it repaired over the weekend, called them first thing after Labor Day. One of the owners apologized right off the bat and asked me to send him receipts so he can reimburse me if I've had it repaired already. I'd buy a from them again in a heartbeat. read more

Purchasing a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers should not feel pressured for taking time to discuss their options. As my partner and I were talking privately about whether to move forward, Gunner stated, "You guys can keep talking, but I can't sit here all day." There were no other customers waiting for assistance, so the comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Additionally, the vehicle had an oil pressure warning light displayed. When my partner asked about it, Gunner claimed the light would go away and that every dashboard shows that sensor when a vehicle is being started. This explanation was inaccurate and raised concerns about the information we were being given regarding the vehicle's condition. Overall, we felt rushed, dismissed, and uncomfortable throughout the process. We would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. read more

My text to him later that day was that I was having second thoughts about the amount of the payment and what happen next made me sad, furious, and disrespected. Jason's comment of me was "the FN N***er just pissed backwards" Realizing his fault ha ha he immediately sent the second text. "Andrew (oh I'm Andrew now and not a N***er) Jason of good car Company went on to tell me he had a bad day. What was even more laughable was his voice mail to me offering to "sit down and talk about it" When I arrived at good car Company later that evening Jason literally began to run from me and call the police all at the same time. The owners of good car Company Jason's employer let me know that Jason was a new hire and appalled at his actions; but is he still an employee? Aren't you supporting his appalling actions? Never buy a used vehicle from this company! Chris was our salesperson. We got the shaft! We purchased a used truck with 72,000 original miles for that reason, told that it had been serviced and is in good mechanical order. We drove it from Mesa, Arizona to Minnesota (they were aware of that), it drove great. Then we were coming back from our son's pulling a trailer and heard an awful noise in the rear end / transfer case. Let's just say it is toast! It had not been serviced properly, didn't have enough fluid in it and what was in it was black. But we were told it was serviced prior to us purchasing the vehicle. To bad, so sad because they only cover their vehicle for 15 days or 500 miles. We are now having to put in $1500 - $2000 to replace the transfer case / rear end because the parts that are in their were toast and have been for awhile. This would not have happened in the miles that we put onto it with that many miles on it to begin with. Can't trust them! Bring it to your own mechanic first for so it can be checked out by a neutral party not just needing a sale. Because once you leave the lot, you are shit out of luck! I work at a dealership and know how things are supposed to be on top of knowing a lot about vehicles and I was genuinely surprised at the unprofessional customer service by the sales guy that approached me, Couldn't even tell me his name. I had high hopes because of the reviews of this place but when I went to look at a vehicle it was in worse condition than depicted online. The sales guys was originally friendly when he first gave me the keys but after opening the doors the inside was trashed and when checking the engine bay(everything looked sound and clean) but when checking the coolant it's was dark brown....After looking at everything wrong with it I decided it wasn't worth a test drive and handed the keys back after a few minutes he came back and wanted to know why I wasn't interested I told him that with everything that was wrong with it the vehicle was overpriced (it was 500 over Kelly blue books highest value for the truck) and not worth driving it off the lot. He didn't like that very much and said that it was 10 years old what do you expect from it(as if the year made a difference on the upkeep of a vehicle) I told him that I'm aware, mine is 10 years old and is still in better condition than that vehicle was and I bought mine for less three years ago. Bought a ford f250 a little over a year ago. Right after the 90 days were over we began to have problems with the truck overheating. We went to let them know what was going on and the guy said it wasnt his problem any more (exact words). Now our plates are about to expire and we had to get emission passed we went to take it and it didnt pass because of a filter missing from the exhaust pipes and the air filter does not fit that truck. We have had to fix the overheating problem and now this.
