If only there was an option to leave a -5. Because the lowest score I can leave is a 1, that is certainly what they earned themselves. After a traumatic car collision, a police officer elected to have my vehicle towed to this location without me choosing (I was taken via ambulance), instead of the actual place that works with my insurance. Unbeknownst to the officer, there was a fee of almost $450 to receive any of the materials located inside my car which was not told to me. Upon arrival at the establishment, I was met with the most rude specimen, ever work in customer service. Because all of the property inside of the vehicle are not personal and belong to the state, government officials made a call to the tow yard on my behalf, informing them that some of the pieces needed to be removed. This customer service representative at the front desk then, felt comfortable to let them know in the most patronizing tone that normally insurance handles it. While I comprehend particular policies and procedures, I also understand that correspondence should not be held in that manner. You'd have less stress using literally ANY OTHER tow company. Save yourself the extra grief. Even A-Tow isn't this bad. She had to pay in cash ($300 and only got a handwritten receipt) just to get some belongings out of the car for a friends' memorial service. Her insurance was scheduled to pick up the car and tow it to a mechanic. They get to the shop, and the car is GONE. They proceeded to tell them they hadn't had any car like that in quite a long time. I just witnessed - Feb 13 - 4:40 pm @ the Publix parking lot off Shallowford - a Brown and Brown driver get out of HIS in -the-way truck and cuss out a driver behind him for not going around him. In front of multiple witnesses including myself and another gentleman. Cussed him out and told him to take his "rich ass" out of his car [a Tesla]. It was awful. And the bearded driver of the tow truck ? Did NOT have his hazards on so he was the one in the wrong. The man in the Tesla did not open his window and I don't blame him. Horrible customer service I called to find out how much was my total. I was left on hold. I called again and was rushed off the phone and upon arrival she tells me it's cash only. They also charged me $325. I still had to find another company to have it towed home at $175 total robbery. My car was also rummaged through all my things in my glove compartment, doors, middle console and trunk had all been dumped out. I'm missing a taser, camera and battery starter kit. I did file a police report. I don't recommend them for towing services I recommend Gemini Towing. read more

What a horrible company and those 2 men who came to provide service, should be ashamed of themselves. I was on interstate 20 near Lavista Road, pouring down rain in 40 degrees. Flat tire after rolling over something in the road, I saw it, but could not avoid it. Those 2 guys were horrible and left me stranded on the side of the road. Let's hope their wife, mother, daughter , aunt, grandma, etc is never treated the way those 2 guys treated me. I paid them $180 cash ! It just so happened I just came from the bank after cashing a large check. Thank God, the timing of the cash was on time! The next day, I called their office to complain about these horrible men, but the person on the phone was rude as H**** !!! It happened November 2022, but I am still traumatized by that experience after hearing someone had a similar experience recently with this company. My car was towed and impounded by Dunwoody Police Department because of a miscommunication with my insurance company, I did not have insurance on my car. Dunwoody PD contacted Brown and Brown and thanks to their ingnorant and ill-equipped driver, my transmission blew out. The driver did not ask me or the officer any questions about my vehicle. So, he just hooked the cable to my car and dragged/pulled it onto his flat bed. The problem here is I have a 4x4 truck and you can not drag them while they are in the Park position. Only hours after getting my truck back did the transmission blow out. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. My family mechanic told me that Brown and Brown messes up a lot of the vehicles that they tow. read more

Mother of god. My car was towed recently in a very terrible ordeal. When I managed to track it down and go to pick it up I noticed something very odd, my brake pedal was going all the way to the floor. That seemed like a bad thing so after another fun few ordeals I found out they ripped my brake line out when they towed the car. Fantastic. Of course they denied all responsibility and it ended up being decently inexpensive to fix so I let it go. Usually I fight things like this on principle but I really, really never wanted to deal with these incompetent people again in any way. Stay far, far away from this place and if you have the unfortunate event happen to you of having them tow your car, give it a pretty thorough inspection before you retake possession and drive it off their lot. The worst towing ever. My car was stolen off their lot and the owner offered me 200 bucks for it as if a business doesn't have insurance for these type situations. The staff directly told me they leave the car keys in the car when they tow your car and over night (making it easier for someone to steal). My car was the only car that was recently "stolen".
