The offices are relatively new, clean, and attractively furnished. The hallways have old pictures of the Quarry back before it was a shopping mall. The docs I've met here have all been proficient and professional. Parking is easy, and there's even a strategically placed Salata right next door so you can go eat healthy after your checkup. Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.

At no time during the booking of the appointment was I informed that if I did not verbally confirm that my appointment would be cancelled. This is an absolutely farce. If I wasn't going to attend my appointment (which is required virtual and with no files wanted from my previous physician), I would cancel. And if I didn't cancel and pulled a no show, they get to bill me. I've watched my roommate be treated disrespectfully from the office staff members Donna & Dora but wanted to give the medical group the benefit of the doubt. If you want medical treatment with dignity and compassion, go elsewhere. Read other reviews. As soon as she knocked on the door and came in the room after saying hello, her very first words to me was "have you ever considered gastric bypass surgery"? I said no, she says, "well you should". I told her that I have NEVER considered it but know several people who have had it but for me it's out of the questions because of age, circumstance, financial reasons and personal reasons. She kept pressing and pressing. Even giving me the name of the Dr who does it that she will refer me to. Once we get past that I tell her that I had been having back issues after living in NYC for over 20 yrs. I was walking like 27k steps a day and also going up and down several flights of stairs, lifting and pulling things up and down by myself. If I were meant to be skinny I would have been by now especially living there with the physical activity I did. I also use to go to the GYM, imagine that! The previous MD I had in TX said that I had cartilage that was deteriorating in my pelvis. This prompted her to circle back to my weight. ( I know it's not helping it, but it's also not the CAUSE of it, but I have been the SAME size my whole life, I buy new clothes NOT Because I grow out of them but because they fall apart from wear. I am not made to be skinny. I do eat healthy although she thinks otherwise and I do get exercise.) Of course she blames it on my weight and says I need physical therapy which I already tried and it didn't help and I can't afford it anyway. I told her the Ortho Dr gave me some pain meds (just Tylenol 3) and that I needed more till I get back to him. She said she doesn't prescribe narcotics. You can see my prescription history and see I am not a junkie. Dr. Warren is FAT PHOBIC. She also is a Dr and Can prescribe narcotics. Just recently I found out I have cataracts and had surgery on one eye. I found out a med I was on has been known to cause them or contribute to them and I messaged thru the portal I didn't want to take them anymore AND if she could give me a refill of the Tylenol 3 from April, which was a prescription of 28 pills to take 3x per day which I don't do, I only take when needed and have 6 left. I do not have the money or time to start going back to the Dr. for my back right now while I am pursuing my eyes. I had to do the eyes first or I wouldn't be able to go anywhere if I can't see. Dr. Warren, it IS possible to not be a size 8 and still be healthy. The BMI chart is archaic and outdated. No, I am not getting as "much" exercise as I was in NYC than I am in TX but I still do. I live alone, on the second floor, have a dog, am up and down stairs all day long. I don't sit eating candy all day. If I said I had covid, would you say the cause is because I am FAT? I am very disappointed in you and will possibly look for care elsewhere. I also wouldn't go to anyone you refer me to b/c they are probably Fat phobic as well. I need a Dr. who truly listens to me and doesn't make fun or judges me in 3 minutes. The fact that you won't call in pain meds for me is crazy too, so you take my money but don't do anything for me? Okay. Your salary comes from me. I am not a junkie, I just can't get to a back Dr until I fix my eyes and in the meantime I am in pain. I also don't have the money right now. I have to do the other eye. I have one paycheck. Just me, myself and I. You have access to all my records so you see there is zero abuse. Your bedside manner and listening capabilities is NULL. Maybe you just don't like Fat people. Your other reviews must not be overweight clients by society standards.
