They wait until the parent of the special needs child has to reapply for insurance to schedule the procedure appointment, making them pay out of pocket $4000.00+ dollars. When insurance is reestablished basically ghosted by all locations and leaving a special needs minor in agony for needing a root canal. No care for patient, No thought to patient status after months of pain. No follow up nothing. Communication to offices without a response. Really horrible experience.

I was overcharged- they didn't bill my insurance at all, and just adjusted prices. I ended up spending 1300 dollars to have two teeth removed. I could have gone to a way nicer place and had my teeth removed for cheaper without insurance. I wasn't given a follow appointment, or stitches, they gave me really weak medication, and I ended up scheduling my follow up with a completely new dentist office. And they told me whoever took my teeth out screwed up my gums. I was also charged 400 dollars for a "take home medication dispensed in the office" and all they gave me was two packages of gauze. I do not recommend coming here unless you have to. The dentist is pretty nice and the front office staff is really nice. But I can't do anything with "nice" when the care itself isn't adequate. It's been a week and I still can't eat hard food, oh the the office itself needs a deep clean. The only nice thing I do have to say is the girl who took my X-Rays I didn't get her name but she has bomb ass eyelash extensions- she did such a good job at doing x-rays. Usually I feel uncomfortable getting it done because it's awkward in my mouth but she was quick, and easy.

She came in, cleaned my teeth, and then dismissed me. I told the dental assistant that I had not received an exam yet, and I overheard the dentist telling the assistant that she looked at my teeth and everything was fine. There was no discussion with me about the two crowns I have in my mouth. she asked me, "do you have any questions or concerns?" I said no, and that was the extent of her "exam" and our conversation. She was rough in my mouth and I asked her to stop pulling on my lip with the small mirror. She said, " if you had relaxed your lip, like I told you to, this wouldn't be painful." I said I didn't hear her instruction and she didn't seem to care. The light at the chair didn't work. Needless to say, immediately upon returning home, I found a different dentist and booked my next dental appointment with that facility. It is disappointing that the standard of care provided by Dr. Brown is not followed by the other members of her practice.
