There was a main person in the kitchen who seemed to be leading everyone, but many staff seemed to be all over the place waiting for instruction. My breakfast sandwiches were all ready and I got them as I paid for my scones. The drinks we ordered, a smoothie and a hot mocha, were not yet made, but it seemed intentional as to not make one watered down or cold while waiting to be picked-up. The smoothie came out within 5 minutes and the coffee came out in the next 10-15 minutes. Normally having to wait like that for a pickup order (about 15-20 extra minutes after estimated) might have moved my review down a star or so, but the staff made it clear that someone had called out sick this morning and they were doing the absolute best they had with short hands. They were all friendly and working very quickly with the busy crowd. The sandwiches themselves were really delicious. We both got bacon breakfast sandwiches on a plain bagel with different specifications. There are plenty of meat and veggie options as well as bread/bagels to pick from. We were met by the friendliest and most hospitable young lady I think I have ever met in a restaurant. She talked to every other customer in the place as if she knew them, which I thought was very impressive. The food was very good, the peppers and onions made the home fries. When finished we had a chance to talk with the waitress and she was a complete delight to speak with. She offered to let us put a pin in our home town of Omaha Nebraska on the U.S. map that was on the wall that had several similar pins from other customers.
