After 3 different trips, they were unable to fix the problem and inferred I was imagining it. I got under the van, found the issue and spent quite a few hours fixing it myself. I couldn't continue to breath the fumes. When I bought the van from them, they gave me a nice clean Carfax report. However, they gave me a report that did not include significant engine work they had done AFTER the report. If I had known I would never have bought the van. I won't deal with them again and would suggest you not buy a used vehicle from them no matter their "warranty."

GM is never available to speak with. Now today the title clerk just hung up on me?!! Shady and highly illegal that it's taken this long and I'm expected to make payments on a car I haven't been able to drive legally since January.

Last Monday a service tech was advising the customer that they will need new tires. She knew nothing about the nuances of the choices of ride vs wear & performance and the pricing of each. This tech explained the choices very clearly, covering most of the information I had previously learned from the Consumer Reports articles on buying tires. Information that will enhance her purchase decision and help her avoid buyer's remorse. I was pleased to see that interaction. That is the level of service I have come to expect at my Toyota Dealership.

I first called and they sad I could bring it over immediately which I did the next day since it was late afternoon. Jake was my service rep and jumped right on the car to have it inspected. He was knowledgeable and friendly. As a matter of fact all the reps were. No promises, but they hoped to have me out in an hour. That's unheard of. The dealership lobby is a lot of fun to browse. Antique cars are displayed. Also award winning trophies from over a decade of achievements by Toyota Corp. My car was ready to roll out with everything inspected and explained within 45 minutes. Wowzers! No charge as it is as covered under warranty. If I lived in Muncie, IN area this would be my dealership.

Please for the love of god do not go to this place if you want a car you will actually trust. Screw byrider and screw this ones mechanic. He thinks breaks grinding is a common thing. Never once had my breaks grind in my old 2005 Toyota. No one here knows a thing about cars they just want to take advantage of people and please don't allow then to take advantage of you.

I finally went in under the guise of getting all this help, new programs to help me get into a better payment, etc. I hate having my time wasted and wasting other people's time. I told them from the start there was no point in coming in but they push and push and push and promise that they have all these incentives one could qualify for in order to get top dollar for my trade (on top of being a GM Legacy potential deal as my dad worked for GM). I bought this car through a customer service repair associate (after a previous terrible experience). Previously, I was able to use my warranties as down payments. Now, Stoops has a new owner and because it isn't the "old Stoops" I could only get cash back after my trade in. I couldn't use that same cash back toward a down payment meaning my payment would still be sky high. This is ridiculous and I am highly upset. I was told my credit was fine and I could be approved but there was nothing they could do about keeping me at a better (or even the same) payment. I also had an email about $7/down. Also false advertising that they like to hit you with in order to get you inside and waste your time.

I had decided that I wanted a Kia Telluride, and test drove one at a Carmel Kia dealership. However, I was told the price would be $5500.00 over MSRP. I also didn't care for the high pressure sales tactics at that dealership. So I left, and logged in to the Costco auto program to find another dealership. Five minutes later I found Kia of Muncie on the Costco auto site. I submitted a request and just a few minutes later I received an email from Lucas Boehm. We exchanged a few emails, and then after one short phone conversation I had ordered my 2021 Kia Telluride. I can't recommend Lucas highly enough! He promptly responded to each of my emails, and emailed me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the financing process was simple and straightforward. I feel that I was given a very fair price on the vehicle I traded in. In the two weeks since I purchased my Telluride I have been contacted a few times to make sure everything was going well and to ask if I had any questions. I paid $6,600 less for my Telluride at Kia of Muncie than I would have paid for the same vehicle at the Kia dealership that is practically in my back yard. No joke.
