I wanna say thanks to Brown's Body Shop for doing a great job on my vehicle...it had been burglarized...my back passenger window was busted out and the steering wheel column was ripped apart but they put everything that was messed up back together...to me it looks better than before anything happened to it...I would recommend you guys to anyone that needs body work done to their car...thanks again read more

Full disclaimer: It is totally my fault that I left my weapon in the glove box. I should have checked before I left my vehicle there for repairs. However, when I picked up my vehicle my weapon was gone. Called and spoke with one of the managers about it, he totally defended his guys. Said he's never had a problem like that with any of them, he knows his people and they would never. That's actually awesome that he took up for his people but the fact still remains that a gun was stolen. So this is a cautionary tale, always, always remove anything of value from your vehicles!! My new car was hit from behind while sitting still. After they repaired my vehicle it had a popping noise where it was hit. Took it back and when someone finally looked at it they said they couldn't hear anything. I even left it over night. Now after a little time has passed ,it pops in various places. I wouldn't suggest Browns to anyone!!!! Terrible experience read more

I was hit on the left side while simply driving down Nashville Hwy,by someone pulling out of a fast food place. It messed up my plastic bumper and grill on my Ford Fusion. The driver recommended using Brown's in Columbia, TN for repair. I was supplied a rental car and the work took 18 days to get back in their busiest time of year. I can't rave enough of the stellar job done on my (11 yr old) car. It looks like it just rolled off the lot and drives perfectly again! They repaired ball bearings in a rumbling wheel and fully replaced the front bumper. My car sounded as smooth as a golf cart, as it should since it's a hybrid. Thank you for taking such GREAT care of my car! I am beyond pleased and grateful for the excellent service!! Price was reasonable, as well. You won't be disappointed if you use Brown's Body Shop in Nashville Hwy for a repair. read more

Picked up my truck from Browns Auto Body on Friday, February 26, 2021. That did a great job replacing my rear bumper, a portion of the wiring harness for the rear lights, left rear stop light assembly module and left rear quarter fender repair/paint/clear coat. I was pleasantly surprised how good my truck looked. It looked like new again! Kudos to the staff there for making the situation easier for me dealing with an insurance company that paid for all the damage. Thank you! read more

As soon as I walked in they had me fill out some paper letting them know who I was and where I lived. I have a 1993 Honda DelSol project car. They said they work strictly on insurance. So apparently they won't take my cash. But they referred me out to someone who will do the work. Apparently they also don't work to fix repairs someone else botched. It seems to me that they judged me the moment I walked in the door. Not impressed in the least. I don't think I will come back to this business read more

Not a good experience at Brown's Body Shop. Nissan dealership recommended them to me so I expected a knowledgeable quality shop. Paint doesn't match and they put the protective vinyl sticker under my top on wrong (does not line up with top... off by 2 inches) so I will now have to bring it somewhere else to have it fixed. Very disappointed... wasted a lot of money and time. Big mistake on my part.... shop didn't have much to say other than.. "that they don't actually do the work for vinyl .. they sent it out".. no offer to fix protective sticker... just silence ... and maybe the paint will match when it sits out in the sun for a while. very disappointed in my experience, brought in a bumper spoiler and hood for a car on my scheduled date (a Monday) was told they would be completed by Friday. 5 weeks later they were ready. i had to call every time after date after date of not getting done. then had to bring the car in after parts were installed so they could buff the parts took off a day arrived at the scheduled time and day and Buzz had no idea i was coming even know i have emails proving the appointment. now im going to pay someone else to finish there work. very poor experience. read more

Less than $2000.00 in damage (body work only). Was told it would take a week. It took 2. Notified that it was ready on Monday but not available for pick up until 12. Asked if I could please pick it up at 10 related to work, was told "no, we told you it would be 12, he might need to clean it up" (yes, that was in quotations). Since there is no after hours pick up, I told them I'd come in at 8 the next day (I'm already very unhappy that it's been 2 weeks when they said it was going to be 1 but obviously they don't take requests from customers). Then I get a call at 4:40 later that day asking where I am and that my car needed to be picked up. I called back and explained I had already explained that to someone else that morning. Every person I spoke to was unenthusiastic and gave less than expected customer service. And I'm very tolerant, don't normally post reviews. Not at all impressed. The car looks fine - no issues with job. But it better be after 2 full weeks and poor customer service. read more

You can't trust their word on how long something will take to be completed or how well the work will be done. In my case I had taken my car in for hail damage and promised it back two weeks later. At three weeks I started calling them. It ended up taking four weeks and when I went to pick it up, I could not believe a professional body shop would expect a customer to except the poor quality work they had done. You could still tell where probably 50% of the hail dents had been. I just could not believe it. Now the part that made me the most upset. They agreed that they would "re-do" the repair work but they wouldn't be able to get my vehicle back in for another 30 DAYS. They insisted all the other customers that were already scheduled would have to be taken care of first. In all it took "93" days for them to fix hail damage that was originally supposed to be done in only 14 days. read more
