Next day machine was coming between 7 am and 7 pm. They showed up at 9 am to help. We have used them many times at my mothers and mother in law's house which are both from the early 1900's. Any problem they have run across (and there were many), they were able to handle easily. I've used this company since the owner was doing calls. They even saved us over 7,000 dollars by running the second sewage line through the basement rather than under the house. They are professional, friendly, and always clean up after themselves. When they say they are going to show, they always make it in the window given. I've even had them remove an old gas line from a chandelier so we could put up a new one (he had to find the ancient parts to use), which he did so promptly and finished the same day.

Against my better judgement, as well as Yelp itself telling me I should not remove the review, I went ahead and removed it. Well, no solution to my problem was ever presented and the issue(s) listed below still remain. No matter what happens from this point forward, I will not remove this review again! Below is my original review. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. This winter I had my main drain clog about 2 days before the big snowfall, during that vicious cold snap we had. Once the snow was finished and my crawl space was able to be accessed, I called Kaleb as I'm also a veteran. He came and tried to snake it, to no avail. He also commented that my crawl space was the cleanest he has seen. After not getting the main line opened with a snake, he said the only option is to "hydrojet" my line and that would free up any clog I had. He also said that he would knock off the $100 I paid for the snake from the $550 charge for the hydrojet. Well, the hydrojet didn't work and, in fact, made matters worse as all that water (and everything that was in my pipes) went all over my crawl space, which now has a terrible odor. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he made and it cost me a total of $550 to not have the problem solved and my house smell like shit! I'm sorry, but I expected more from one veteran to another. I guess now that the weather is getting nice, I'll have to pressure wash my crawl space myself. Not an easy task, being a couple months shy of 74 and not in the best of health! In short, I hate to say this about a fellow vet, but I do not recommend this company!

The technician said he knocked (lie #1) and that he sat outside on my steps for over an hour (who has time to do that???) He snaked the drain and it got stuck. That evening I proceeded to my basement, and much to my dismay....the sludge from the drain in the yard was suddenly in my basement with a hole in the wall. I called back and was told that 2 technicians would be out before the end of the night to run a camera down the drain. The original tech came back and told me to wait until it dries to clean it up - WHAT?!?!? Needless to say..the other 2 never showed up either. The tech said he was off duty but was curious to see what happened. Next day (now 3 days after initial incident) was Sunday, we were told that a SUPERVISOR was coming out by the end of the evening. Guess who came? NOBODY! Monday - we were told that someone would call us (after 1pm) to tell us what time he would be there. They were at the door at 7:30am and my son had to leave for work, so tech could not stay - told us to call when someone would be home and he would be back. I called at 5:15pm and was told that someone was in route to my place. That is a complete contradiction to what I was told earlier, however I was close enough to home that I could get there quickly.
