Unsure what happened to their usual workers but they have a few new ones who are clearly inexperience. I went back a few times after they messed up my eyebrows to give them another shot and coincidentally kept getting the new girls. I'm all for letting the new girls take their time to make my eyebrows look nice but every single time I came out with uneven eyebrows and leftover hairs that I have to pluck out myself at home. Being a regular I know that they offer hand sanitizer before the threading starts and Aloe for after, and every single time the new girls did not offer either. Another con is that they prefer cash only and I used to keep cash on me solely to pay for their services. My last straw was when I gave her cash and she didn't give me any change. I tip very well even with bad service and I wasn't going to make a fuss about a few dollars. I previously recommended this place to a few people and they are also all in agreement that the quality is not the same as it use to be. I had my brows done by Katie previously and was super excited when she reached out letting me know…read morethat she recently started hair! Katie was amazing and very careful with my hair. She let me know before hand that the color we originally wanted might not be possible since my hair is a bit fine and she didn't want to damage it. I was glad she informed me on this because my biggest concern is damaging my hair beyond repair. She went in initially with a lower grade bleach and then a slightly higher one after evaluating my hair and was able to take it. I love that she was careful about this even though this meant we were waiting a bit longer for my hair to lift. She was also able to recommend some great products to do which I was grateful for because I've been on a hunt for products that is color friendly and helped control my oily roots. I absolutely LOVED how my balayage came out which you can see in the pictures. My hair is still very healthy and does not feel DRY at all from the bleach. She definitely was able to melt and blend my hair so well that it'll be low-maintenance and I'll just need to tone again in about 3-4 months.
