Unfortunately, it was the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had. The threading was rushed and poorly done--my eyebrows were barely cleaned up, left with no shape, and my upper lip was still noticeably unfinished and patchy. She also left a patch of very short hairs on my left brow, which makes them look uneven and messy. I also had a chemical reaction to the lamination (which I understand isn't necessarily their fault), but it didn't even seem like it was applied properly--it barely lasted at all, so I'm not convinced it was done right. And the tint... it was so blotchy and uneven that I was actually relieved it washed off the next day. I never leave negative reviews, but I wish someone had warned me. I chose this place based on the glowing reviews, so maybe I just had a really off experience--but I won't be returning.

I scheduled online, no where online is a price breakdown for a senior lash artist versus a lash…read moreartist. upon arriving for my appointment I was given a technician who had never done lashes, did not hold the instrument properly and then sat and kept looking at the owner until she said that she would be taking over the appointment. another individual walked in for a brow wax, wasn't scheduled and kept talking to the owner. the owner asked for her bonder but never applied it. she was to wrapped up in speaking with her friend who had come in for a brow wax and was annoyed she was doing lashes. she rushed for eight more minutes a total of 23 minutes that anyone had been utilizing an instrument with lashes and said I was done. she then rushed out the door to grab coffee with her friend. I returned today, all of the fill had immediately fallen out due to not having had bonder applied. I told her that I was leaving tonight and needed to have my lashes fixed. she said she had no openings unless I'd like her 'apprentice' to do them this afternoon at 3:30. I declined and she stated she'd be issuing a refund. she issued $35 of the $84 that had been charged. I've never left a bad yelp review. dishonest, attitude of superiority and what am I the client going to do. charged for a service not rendered, and now I have no time to even have it fixed. above all then to stand and lie that she would be issuing a refund, and then to not issue one for the amount. the entire space was vacant except for her, and I assuming this is why.
