She was cleaning up the pedicure bowl with one hand while "rubbing" my leg with the other. It was really disappointing. My nails are very bumpy & uneven - I needed them done for an event and ended up wearing closed toed shoes because the paint job was embarrassing. I won't return even if they offer to redo.
