She used a strong suction machine for my nose blackheads and also did some manual extractions. They worked really well! She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and checked in on me for every application. I love the way my eyebrows turned out! It was my first time getting a tint so I was nervous about the results but it honestly looks SO GOOD. It looks like I applied makeup. I love waking up with already done eyebrows! I live in California and this place is in Arizona. I went to my appointment in California and when I got there. The lash studio did not have me scheduled. While still in the lash studio, I called this place and told them I had made the appointment in the wrong state. I ask to speak to the manager she was not there. I was told the manager would call the next day but she never called . The salon charge my card $99 dollars for lashes I never got. I tried to call them multiple times and no call back..To my knowledge they were only to charge 40% of the lash cost of $99. I am a senior and will be filing a report with the BBB.
