I absolutely LOVE BK! I found them a little over a year ago and have been coming back ever since. BK always does my lashes and they always come out amazing. She does something different for me each time and I always adore them. Their prices are reasonable ( and I hope they stay that way, lol) and BK is such a sweetheart. I have been going to HD Brow and SkinRx for nearly 6 years and all my friends and family come here. I have had the monthly membership for about 3 years or so and I could not be happier with my brows and the ability to stop by for a walk-in appointment when I am in the area. First time trying this place. Booked an appointment. Showed up right on time for my appointment. There was nowhere to check in. There were 5 other people sitting in the waiting chairs and one getting her brows done at the time. One person working. She told me to take a seat in a salon chair, which made me think she knew I was her appointment. She finished the woman in her chair, then took someone else waiting. Then again, and again, and again she went through every walk-in without acknowledging me. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time then decided to leave. Not even acknowledged when leaving, I was shocked. Why have people schedule appointments when you're going to take every walk-in first anyway? Such a disappointment, I was really hoping this would be my new spot. It was also HOT while waiting, not sure the AC was even on. read more

The lady that did my eyebrows talked to her friend/client the entire time she did my eyebrows. I was just a number. Not a person. I felt if she paid as much attention to her, perhaps more attention could be paid to my eyebrows. My eyebrows weren't in bad shape when I left but I've had better. My right eyebrow looks a bit crooked. As a first time customer, I won't be returning. Attention to detail was missed. There was hair everywhere and I wasn't offered a tissue. I tipped for my services because it wasn't horrible but I will continue to look for a different establishment. read more

I can't wait to come back for a facial and to have my brows done again. BK was my brow technician several months ago and I lost her number. I was able to track her down (she's that good) and I'm so happy I did. She always gives excellent customer service and she remember how I like my brows. I used to go to her house after she left the location in Chandler, and she gave me the same excellent customer service there. I highly recommend her, she does lashes as well. The new salon is very upscale and trendy. There are private rooms to have your lashes and facials completed. They're in a great shopping area and sell lots of their own products. read more

I decided to take the leap and get my brows threaded here (never had my brows threaded before), and the technician was understanding and quick with her work. When she finished, my brows looked much more trimmed and framed my face well. I was able to use a Groupon at time of service. Seating Indoor seating available (small wait area near salon chairs); you can browse various skin care items while you wait. They took walk-in appointments during the time I went (was serviced within the 30 minutes that I walked in). Location Close to a variety of shops so you can easily get errands done and then pop on over for a quick fix or longer skin care session. I have gotten my eyelashes done by many individuals and I came here to get eyelash extensions after seeing my neice and sisters beautiful eyelashes. BK is the absolutely best at what she does they look like they took 5 hours with such detail she put into them looking perfect but it literally only took 30 MINUTES! We booked a threading appointment and asked for a simple clean up of the brows and not to thin it out. There was only one person threading and 4-5 people arrived and waited at the same time. When it was my turn, it was painful, rushed and she was rude as she was forcibly moving my hand in the spots she needed. I after the threading was compete she THINNED my eyebrows and it was UNEVEN!! My last 4-5 visits were great but after the horrible job I received, I need to find a new place! read more

I found this place though Groupon and I assumed I'm getting as it stated 1 "60 minutes microdermabrasion" it was express 20 minutes total from the time I walked in until the end. The person I had was very polity but obviously wasn't about quality but quantity. I would not recommend this salon. read more

In town for business and needed to get threaded. Was a walk-in and immediately got seated. The salon is very nice, clean, and plays relaxing music. The woman who did my threading listened to what I wanted, was focused, not rushed, and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Good prices as well. I walked in and a customer was there upset about something, the owner (I think) was super professional and helped come to a conclusion! Someone from the back came out to help me while the other lady was handling that situation. The lady that helped me, did a wonderful job so detailed and perfect! I got my eyebrows threaded and my eyelashes tinted. The prices are great too. I paid $10 for the threading and $15 for the tint. They were all so kind in the salon and I definitely will be returning!!! read more

I've done threading for almost 20 years and I have to say the woman (I forgot to get her name..maybe the mom?) did a great job cleaning up my eyebrows. Surprisingly way less painful than it normally is too! I also did my upper lip and for some reason I had a horrible break out which I've never had before. For threading both the eyebrows and upper lip it came out to $15. The person I use to go to did it for $10 (she moved out of state) but I understand these guys have a store front so I think $15 for both is pretty reasonable. I will definitely come back for eyebrow threading. read more

The owner here was a complete sweetheart and did an amazing job threading my brows. She also runs a special where you can get unlimited monthly threadings for $15/month which is amazing. She offers tons of other services including skin care and lashes. The salon was so clean and polished--I'll definitely be back to try some other services. She has online booking available too. Since I only needed my brows threaded, I was able to walk in--I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. She's super quick with her threading but still thorough. Definitely give this place a try. read more

Great job on my eyebrows! The best part is they take super precautions in these days of COVID. Hand sanitizer is used for the technician as well as myself. She wore double masks plus a face shield. You can have them waxed or threaded. I was very comfortable with all the sanitary measures being taken and my brows look great! read more

first time coming here to get my brows threaded and I was very pleased! It's really hard finding a good threader. Kiran was super sweet and asked me how I preferred my brows which many people don't usually do when you go in and get them threaded. My brows are pretty uneven from getting them messed up by other people, but Kiran was very attentive with making sure we could get them as even as possible while giving me room to still grow them out and eventually even them out better. Would definitely recommend this place! read more
